The Toro 570Z Pro Series Fixed Spray Pop-up Sprinkler with 15 ft. variable arc nozzle (VAN) adjusts from 0 Degree -360 Degree and is ideal for medium-sized lawns. Its stainless steel retraction spring is corrosion-resistant for reliable operation. It has a corrosion-resistant seal to help prevent water waste during lawn irrigation, as well as a zero-flush seal to help prevent water loss when the system starts up. The radius reduction screw and 360 Degree adjustable pattern allow you to customize the spray to your lawn's specific needs.

Answer: 
You should be able to stop the flow at the head by screwing the diffuser (screw at top of nozzle) all the way down. This should work for you, but it is not a “shut off” by design. There may, or may not, be some residual leaking at the head.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Toro 570Z 4inch These are adjustable up to 360 degrees, but adjusting it to 180 is a challenge. Prepare to get wet when adjustment is made after installation. The best way to do the adjustment is when it is running. If I need another head it will be one that is already pre adjusted to the pattern I need. April 6, 2016
