Answer:
The bolt spacing is 2 7/8". The shoes are 6" long. Sounds like you would have to perform some modifications to make them fit. They are nice shoes and it may be worth the extra effort to convert to them. Good Luck, Steve

Answer:
Cast iron shoes may last longer, however the poly shoes might be more appropriate for a paved driveway since they will not rub against the pavers.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by These skid shoes are heavy duty and quality made I purchased these skid shoes to replace the original one-sided steel shoes on my Toro Model 824. The original steel shoes wore down fast and left scrape marks on my concrete driveway. I like the fact they are reversible. The mounting hole pattern was a bit wider then the original, I was able to re-use one mounting hole but had to drill one new hole for mounting each shoe. I also had to fabricate and install 1/4 plastic spacers between the steel housing and the new shoes, this extra thickness required longer bolts then those provided - I recommend stainless steel. Overall I feel it was worth the effort to convert to these poly shoes, time will tell how well they perform and last. Good Luck! December 31, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by As advertised Quick and easy change from metal skids on a Toro 826. Didn't even bother to risk the metal skids damaging the drive. Comes with all the hardware you need. No concrete damage, and allows the machine to float freely on the snow pack. Only used a couple of time so far and little to no wear as of yet. They are a little pricey as compared to the Ariens skids, but cheaper than replacing a damaged driveway!!! January 7, 2015
