Snowblower arrived via UPS in damaged shape. The handle was bent down by the attachment to the unit. I had to make a decision on whether to bend it back and jam it together or deal with the hassle of returning it. I choose to bend it back. It worked but machine is a bit off line. I think it will work fine, but I do not recommend getting it delivered. Pick it up at store. No snow yet, but once I filled it with Gas and Oil (Oil comes with it), it started up no problem. Quality is a concern as it feels a bit cheaply made and plasticy .

Sturdy construction. Protected fro rust. Powerful four stroke overhead valve engine. Right size for fast snow removal. Maneuvers like a lawn mower. Discharge chute only requires mounting, but easy to do.

Set up was very easy. Have had one wet snow and my new baby was quick to start and clear me a path. Since then floating in the high 40's here in the Chicagoland area........just b/c I bought a new snow blower.
I expect this to last 15 years or more so I will get my chances.

I feel like this was money wasted.I made the mistake of buying this in the summer so by the time the first snow fell it was too late to get my money back. It snowed about 4 inches of wet snow which kept getting clogged causing my wife to stop every ten feet or so to clean the wet snow out. The next 3 times I used this snow blower the snow was between 4 to 8 inches and each time this machine struggled. I'm through, we give up on this snow blower. I'm giving it away and next winter we are buying a real snow blower that can handle Chicago winters.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 12772 Very good blower and easy to use.
Blower was very easy to put together. It starts easily and has great power. I wanted the more expensive Toro blower with the chute directional control on the handle thinking that bending down each time to redirect snow throwing would be a pain but it isn't as bad as I thought it would be and not worth spending another $200. Haven't had a deep, deep snow yet but the blower moves very quickly through the 3" to 5" range so far. It appears as though it will store in a relatively small place with the handle down when the season is over. Easy for the wife to start and use as well.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LD Great Machine!
32" in 36 hour period in Northern VA this year. Did several driveways in my neighborhood in addition to 200 yds of sidewalk with no problem. My neighbor purchased a big kludgy auger blower which seemed cumbersome and difficult to maneuver. I was clearly driving the Ferrari while he was driving the sedan.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Adam Really great unit
Picked this up pending a month ago snowstorm that didn't come. Finally got to use it to move 6"+ of heavy wet stuff. It chewed up anything I ran it through without hesitation and was fairly easy in throwing the snow precisely where I wanted to. Even though the snow was heavy this unit could throw it really far. It cleans down to the concrete really well. Only thing holding it back from 5 stars is lack of chute control on the handle. It was so enjoyable to use that I kept going and helped a few neighbors clear out as well. I didn't pay the extra cost for the E model but starting was effortless so fine with me.
