Turn a major snowfall into a minor inconvenience with one of our toughest, most rugged snowblowers - the Power Max 928 HD OE two-stage snowblower. A breakthrough in snow blowing technology, the Power Max Anti-Clogging System (ACS) reroutes excess snow to prevent clogging and maximizes impeller speed and velocity. Power Max HD 928 OE 28 in. Two-Stage Electric Start Gas Snow Blower-DISCONTINUED is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little overboard. This thing is big. It is really overkill if you don't get a lot of snow. But just using it is a pleasure. My wife can handle it just fine. And I always hated getting stuck on the apron after the plow. Never again. This beast eats snow like its JOB. I love the light. The wheels are hefty. My neighbors just stop what they're doing and watch this goliath go to work.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toro Snowblower This snow blower is an engineering marvel. My old snowblower a Sears Craftsman has lasted me 15 years. It has been a real pain because the chute constantly would clog up requiring clean out all the time. It also did not throw the snow very far. My new Toro snowblower has gotten a real workout the last two weeks. It throws the snow quite a long distance ,sometimes too far. It has not clogged up once.I,m just waiting to see how it handles real wet snow and slush. I'm sure it will do much better than my old snowblower.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I've ever wanted This thing is bigger than I imagined. It may be overkill if you don't get a lot of snow. But just using it is a pleasure. My wife can handle it just fine. And I always hated getting stuck on the apron after the plow. Never again. This beast eats snow like its JOB. I love the light. The wheels are hefty. My neighbors just stop what they're doing and watch this goliath go to work. This winter paid for the machine. I used it every storm to blow my driveway and my neighbor's. I love the joystick controls and I have used the light more than I thought I would. The wheels are large and adequate. I never got stuck. I flooded the engine once due to a snowball fight. So I used the electric start and was back in action. It's just a pleasure to own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blow the deepst snow longer than any snowblower we have owned We bought the Power Max snow blower to keep the apron of our fire station clean. In the past we have plowed it and are left with huge snow banks on either side our the exit making it virtually mpossible to see traffic with our emergency vehicles . Being we live in Minnesota and get alot of snow. We decided to purchase a snow blower thar we thought would handle the quantity of snow that we get. The Power Max has not let us down. Our apron is 60 ft by 80 ft and this thing can blow the snow up into the middle of our lawn with no problem. Light or heavy snow it goes right thru it. I especially like the chute control on this unit, it is a breeze to monuever the chute when needed with out a basttle. All around it eas a great purchase

Rated 5 out of 5 by from the product has easy to use and great features This product has easy to understand features that makes it easy to use with 6 forward speeds and 2 reverse speeds these features make it a lot easier to use with my bad knees. I don't have to push or pull just guide it and my toro snow blower has blowen through 11inche's of snow as easy as 3'' of snow and it didn't bog down the engine. I'm very happy that I purchase this product also the electric start makes it a hole lot easer on your arms and back no pulling. I'm also happy with the customer service and shipping was right on point the order was there at my home when it was said it would be the delivery man was very professional a very nice guy I am completely satisfied I have told my son and I have already given 2 neighbors the information about this snow blower. .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Starts easily and excellent snow removal The snow blower does excellent and that's what I expect from Toro. Own a zero turn and a personal pace mower that is over 10 years old and still starts on the 1st or 2nd pull. Recently had snow of 13 inches and it cleared it with ease. Very pleased with the distance it throws the snow. I have 2 double car driveways over 100 feet each and took less than an hour to clear. Like the 6 forward and 2 reverse speeds along with the joystick control for the chute. Very easy to start. Highly recommend this product!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fuel shutoff valve is not working Today I finally started the snowthrower and I tested the Fuel shutoff valve and found it to be faulty. 1. I followed your starting procedure on page 16, step 2. 2. I followed you procedure on page 18, instead removing the ignition key, I closed the fuel shutoff valve by rotating clockwise. This procedure would turn the fuel off to the engine. However, the engine did not shutoff until I removed the ignition key. Please, provide any changes to the shutoff valve Thank you Carmine

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job I replaced an 18 year old snow blower and bought a Toro on the recommendation of a co-worker. I have owned this two days and cleared a two-day-old ice and snow mess. First impressions: Quiet! Wow, the top engine speed / noise on this match my old snow blowers low speed / noise. Engine powers up when encountering deep snow or ice. NO SHEAR PINS! What?! It is rather unsettling, but nice to be able to clear "end-of-driveway" snowplow refuse without worrying about replacing pins. The snow chute "joystick" has a learning curve, but is nice. A bit touchy though...almost wish there was a bit of resistance to more accurately aim. My only con.....a bit lite on the front. It always feels like I need to push up on the handles to keep the front end from "hopping" down the drive. Suggest moving the tires/axle back 1/2" to transfer more weight to the front. I want this thing to dig in, not ride on top. Overall pleased.
