Answer:
With engines in walk-behind lawn mowers, we use gross torque ratings to measure the engine’s power rather than horsepower. Gross Torque is the immediate twisting force required to turn a blade at a given moment. Thus, torque is the way to measure the rotational force a machine can produce which is exactly what a walk behind mower does as it cuts grass. The gross torque for this mower is 6.75 ft.-lb.

It is approx. 4-5 hp. Manufacturers now make and quote in torque so it is hard to exactly figure out. Don't worry, this mower is powerful. I have one with exact engine except mine is the high wheel. Great mower.

Unfortunately this product was not designed to support a larger rear wheel. Please look into our 20371 mower with a 22" cutting deck, Kohler engine, and 11" rear high wheels.

Answer:
Yes. Your Model 20370, low wheels is the same as Model 20371, high wheels. I am assuming you already have bought the low wheel version. The Toro high wheels are $22 each. If you have not bought the low wheel yet, HD has the high wheel Model 20371 for $299, a great deal. The low wheel Model 20370 is $289. For just $10 more you can get the high wheel Model 20371. Good luck!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Warning! I mowed my lawn about ten times with it but most of the time it wont start. I run non ethenol as well. I googled reviews on it and there seems to be a problem with this mower. It only starts when it wants to. The front wheel drive is a joke. The wheels don't have any traction to make a difference. I would recommend any other brand. July 12, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Toro with Kohler engine My oldest son has a one year old Toro recycler 22 with a Kohler engine. It will not start and it's less than a year old. The ignition system is not putting out any voltage to the spark plug. Do not buy anything with a Kohler engine. BUY A HONDA LAWN MOWER. HONDA makes the best lawn mower I have ever used. Forget Toro. Just go buy a HONDA. HONDA HONDA HONDA HONDA HONDA HONDA HONDA HONDA ONE MORE TIME, HONDA. Don't waste any money on a Toro and watch out for Kohler engines on other equipment. July 2, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy with my purchase Great purchase for the price. It started on the first pull!!! July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I give it a 5 stars It's a great product the water idea it's okay it could be better by providing a plug with it so theGrass won't come up that hole thanks July 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The worst This lawn mower was of extremely poor quality. The smallest twigs would get caught between the belt and pulley requiring removal of a metal guide at least once each time I mowed. The spring loaded side flap would fall off frequently requiring a time consuming repair. After just a few years of light use the engine was blown. The mower did not start easily as promised. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I want the Engineers to put the Fuel Cap on Right With a 2-yr old mower, not sure anyone else is experiencing the same issues. It takes me about 10+ minutes to align the fuel cap just right to accept the tightening thread. Its is plastic and wont set correctly. If after a proper setting, the gas leaks from the cap... and no, I am not overfilling the tank with fuel. Not certain of the science of fuel flow that it but some freak of gravity flows up, through a beaded seal and out. Its not the line and its not continuous for the entire mow. But every mow this leaks. The oil cap... same plastic thread that once slightly crossed, you will never get it properly sealed again. The spark plug, so far set into the motor that my spark plug ratchet/socket barely connects. Pros: it still starts the first time. I have had very little difficulty in maintenance or maintenance issues. June 13, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not impressed I purchased this mower 3 years ago. I change oil and air filter every year. One good thing is that It has always been easy to start. Usually starts on the 2nd or 3rd pull even after sitting in the garage whole winter. The drive system works well too. I've never had any issue with the self-propel function. Now let's talk about the bad things. It is pretty easily bogged down by thick grass. It is worse than my previous mower which is smaller in size and not self-propelled. For some reason, it kicks up more dust than any other mower i used, maybe due to the blade design. If I mow over a bare spot, I would be engulfed in dust. The design of the gas cap is very poor. It was always hard to close since new. This year it developed a gas leak. Every time I am mowing, gas would be dripping down the rim of the fuel cap. I removed the fuel cap and realized the opening of the fuel tank is no longer round. It is oval. I assume that is the reason for the fuel leak. I contacted Toro. Even though it is clearly an issue with manufacturer material and it is clearly a safety issue, since the product is out of warranty, they will not replace it for free. I am pretty upset about it. I've never had a broken gas tank on any of my yard machines. This is a first. I went online and realized gas tanks have always been a weak point for Toro, they even issued recalls due to broken gas tanks. This is just unacceptable. I don't think i will buy another Toro. The review for Honda looks really good... July 4, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Toro is always reliable We have never owned any other lawn mower than a Toro. The last Toro lasted over 10 years. We expect the same from this one! June 28, 2016
