Customer Reviews

TimeCutter MX5000 50 in. Fab 24.5 HP V-Twin Zero-Turn Riding Mower with Smart Speed is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased I purchased this mower through Home Depot because none of the local dealers were willing to deal at all. I bought gift cards from Giant Eagle and received a ton of free fuel (over 100 gallons!) while paying the same price as local dealer. The local dealer set it up(the same one that wouldn't negotiate) and delivered it to my house for Home Depot. But somewhat ironically they didn't deliver it with a full tank of gas. It arrived in 5 days despite being told it would be 2 weeks or better. It runs great and I'm very pleased.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from piece of junk I looked at tons of reviews for this mower, and I think they must've been made by toro dealers, because this mower is junk. We had trouble from the start with it, because it wouldn't start. It would take multiple times of trying to crank it before it would start, and then it finally wouldn't start, so took it to the dealer, which was over an hour away, and they had it for 2 weeks, said they fixed it by putting a battery on it. I told them it wasn't the battery, it was the starter. So we took it home, and a few weeks later, it died again. Took it back to the dealer, they had it for a week, said it was electrical..turned out it was the starter. Already replaced the belt, and now on the 2nd set of replacement blades..all in 4 months. What a piece of junk. Save your money and buy a cheaper one, at least when it tears up in a couple years you'll expect it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Sure Yet... We had this tractor delivered on a Saturday and picked up for repair the following Thursday. Something wrong with the carburetor. I guess this could happen with anything but when it happens with a brand new tractor, it becomes worrisome. The jury is still out on this one...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Zero Turn Bought about two months ago it has a great cut .. Cut my mowing time by 50% !!! Love it
Date published: 2016-09-19
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Mower Cut is excellent, no issues cutting on sloped yard. My yard is pretty close to the 15% angle. As with all zero turn mowers just make sure the grass is dry before cutting.
