How to replace Elec cord....chewed up by critters??

Asked by: Bob
Good afternoon Bob, thanks for reaching out to us. Any damages to the product cord or modification does void the warranty however it is not a single replaceable piece at this time. We recommend always having a backup pump in case of events like these. You would have to replace the pump itself.

Great volume for my two waterfalls with about a six foot lift. Over the summer the output slowed due to a broken plastic part. Great response by the company and they ended up replacing the whole pump at no cost. No shipping on my part. I doubt I'll get 20 years out of this one, but Total Pond gets my vote so far.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pump works great so far I installed this in a small pond in our yard. It puts out a great flow to the waterfall. It's a little on the loud side, but not too bad. It was easy to hook up. It was a little on the expensive end of the price spectrum so I'm hoping it lasts a while. It's been going strong for about a month now. I'm hoping the mesh cover that comes with it will help to filter out the debris and extend the life.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from QUIT WORKING AFTER 94 DAYS Warranty policy is insane! Send to them in 4 -6 weeks they will evaluate? My pump quit working 94 days after purchase. Called number in manual and was told must send to them and they will determine if valid warranty. What do I do in the mean time? Watch my pond turn green and my fish die? Who came up with this policy?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from lasted 2 years Good pump for the money. ran about 50/60% of the time for 2 years then took its last gulp. upon inspection the impeller was in good shape but the motor wouldn't produce. probably wornout brushes. another reviewer said it is not serviceble, but i"m going to try. if not, no big deal since< as stated its a good pump for the money.
