Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lund very comfortable lying flat on back or stomach
I'm very fussy about chaise lounges. I don't like cushions and I don't like arm rests. My main complaint is that all I've tried have a big gap in the middle that you sag through or a bar that you hit when lying down flat.
This chaise is well designed. It has two curved bars that are well below the straps. It does have about a 3 inch gap that I would sag through lying flat on my stomach or back, but it is offset from the middle and the chaise is about 6.5 feet long, so I just position my feet at the head end and the gap hits my legs which is fine.
I wasn't sure straps would be comfortable, but they are just fine. I also got the bisque and it looks good. It seems very solid and well made, so I expect it to last a long time. You can return it for any reason, but I don't think you will.

Ordered the chairs but delivery took awhile. Delivery was through a third party that needed you to be home. The chairs are great quality and are exactly what I expected.

The chair appeared to be much like one I have used several times at a friends pool and it is not. Very uncomfortable, straps are too far apart and you body parts are falling / sliding through. Way to expensive for the lack of comfort and use. I returned due to the expense. The chair is very expensive for the lack of comfort.

The chaise is very comfortable, ruggedly built, but pretty heavy. You will not want to move it frequently. The only negative I have found is that the seam welds on the aluminum frame are unsightly. Good quality welds should be smooth, but these were quite lumpy. No assembly is required.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by John Excellent pool side chairs
These chairs are excellent quality. Well built and sturdy. They are a bit pricey, but I did catch them on sale and are a great value. These are heavy chairs and should last for many years with proper care. I chose the free shipping to my home option, only to find out that they deliver by semi-truck and can't deliver to my subdivision (unable to turn around), so I had to go to the terminal to pick them up. I ordered 4 chairs and they came two to a pallet (very big pallets).
Overall, very pleased with the product!

You get what you pay for, and these lounge chairs are worth every cent! I have them on my pool deck where there is no shade whatsoever; yet, the straps NEVER get hot! NEVER! All of the framing is powder-coated metal; there are no cheap or flimsy parts. Where the leg framing meets the deck, there are hard rubber pads; consequently, I can move the chaise around without it scratching the deck's surface. Other features that I really like: There are no arm rests casting shadows when I'm trying to tan. The length is generous which my tall husband appreciates. None of the framing extends further than the chair itself, so no more stubbed toes or bruised shins. The antique bisque is a great color choice. No maintenance is required; just hose them clean. And compared to the mesh-covered lounges, the straps are a thousand times more comfortable! When I made this purchase, there were no customer reviews for this product…gulp! I am so glad I threw the dice—no buyer’s remorse here! Note: Delivery took 3 weeks, but I wasn’t in a rush so that aspect didn’t bother me.
