Product seems durable looks fantastic. With a little planning installs easily. I am a homeowner do it yourself mechanically inclined individual. I Like the overlapping sticky seams just takes a little time to make the seams perfect. I used in two bathrooms removed the toilet and placed the floor under the toilet not next to the toilet. Caulked joints around toilet flange to prevent any seepage under floor and promote a hygienic solution. I removed all base boards prior to install to refinish. Removal of base boards aided in the ease of installation. Floor floats over the existing linoleum floor for the most part. Caulked edges around cabinets with water proof caulk used same color as simulated joints. Found a cultured marble looking 1 1/2 inch high by 36 inch long threshold type material at Home Depot to install around tub and shower.
So far so good been in about a month or so.I really prefer the real tile look but don't like the dirty mortar joints associated with real tile. This product seems to offer the best of both worlds at an affordable price.

Having used several different "flavors" of the Trafficmaster product, I would say that this is very user-friendly and easy to install. However, we don't see the resiliency and toughness that the warranty would seem to indicate. For us, the clincher is that it can take moisture without warping like laminate flooring does; and, it "floats", so it is not going to come unglued if a spill of water hits it. Perfect for basements, mudrooms, etc. where water may enter.

I am very happy with this floor. Compared to other vinyl flooring it feel very sturdy and also looks great. We installed in our kitchen and hall ourselves and it went down easily. I will likely replace other floors in our home with a similar traffic master product in the future!

This vinyl tile flooring was supposed to be easy to install. Unfortunately it is not. It is not easy to cut with a razor, once stuck to one another, can't get them apart to readjust. The adhesive to stick one to the other breaks off very easy. Also this product once laid should look like it has been grouted, but unfortunately you can see the seams. So right now I am in the process of grouting an non-grout floor. The other issue is there is a lot of cutting because of the 3 "squares" on one sheet. I thought it would be great, 3 tiles at once would mean covering the floor quicker. Not so. The quality is good, but the next time a floor needs to be laid I am going w/ the individual squares that stick to the floor (this is a "floating" floor). The one great thing about the product is that once all is fixed, it looks like marble. Upset there is so much fixing to do.

I put this flooring in both bathrooms as I did a full remodel. The flooring is extremely fast and easy to lay, has a beautiful tile look to it, and best of all, is waterproof. It is less than half the cost of real tile, takes 1/10th the time to put in, and doesn't have the cold feel when walking on it. We are going to remodel out kitchen and will be putting a similar but different pattern of the same flooring in there.

I've used the Allure product in several houses (my own, plus some rentals I have) and I love it. So easy to install and so many patterns to choose from. Also very high quality - stands up to my 2 big dogs skidding across it on a regular basis, with no scratches. Unless it's for a high end property (where I'd use hardwood or ceramic tile), I will never use anything but this!

Fairly easy to install. Instructions were kind of minimal so we wasted a panel by cutting off the wrong edge. With a little thought you can see how it goes together pretty easily.
The material can be cut with a utility knife. Just go easy and do several shallow cuts to get through it.
You can actually pull it loose and re-position if you do it quickly. So that is nice.
This was good looking and the floor went fairly quickly once the edges were down.
