Like the product but we had lots of shipping damage. Since we needed to cut a number of pieces we tried to use the damaged ones for cutting. The ends where the sticky edges are were badly cracked. We were in a hurry to finish the floor for an upcoming event so we didn't want the hassle of returning. Our Home Depot is not terribly close. Although styrofoam is used around the box it is not enough I suspect the boxes were dropped. We used seven boxes and at least one third was damaged in some way from shipping. The product itself is nice, we used it to fix up my 88 year old mother's house in Ohio and then used it in our house in Nirth Carolina. We bought hers in the store, but the one we chose was only available online. We figured out all the pitfalls of installation, but found the directions a little difficult and too small to read comfortably as we are older people. All in all like the product, and hope it holds up . The vinyl coating creating the pattern is very thin. A plumber dropped some glue on it and it ate right through it in seconds. Very hard to pull up and replace once it is all bonded are a little concerned about moving appliances on it and are being very careful. But happy with the look.

I have those vinyl square self adhesive tiles in my bathroom now but they will not stop moving.
I've replaced the floor 3 times now so I decided, since it didn't seem to matter how well I cleaned the floor, the sticking tiles just weren't going to work. I ordered this and another floating style flooring from Lowe's to see which color I liked best once there was more than one plank down. (It's really hard to tell online). These were cheaper and I love the color. Really wanted to go with this but I can't. They don't tell you in the description that the "grip strip" is adhesive. I checked with my brother (the pro) and asked if he thought it'd be okay, since it was just a strip that stuck to the other planks, not the floor. He said any adhesive would separate like it had been. So, as much as I love the color, I will not re-do my floor a fourth time, so the Lowes stuff it is. Really disappointing- I wish the description told you they used adhesive instead of saying no adhesive needed- VERY misleading. The strip does seem to stick well, I'm just not gonna risk it- my current floor seemed to stick well too, til it didn't. But if you don't have a problem using the flooring that has adhesive already on it, than this will be a good product. Though, I think the ones at lowes that lock/click into place would be easier to install than these with strips of adhesive.

This is a great product -- very easy to install with minimal tools required. Whether you like this look or not will be a matter of taste, but it definitely helps to follow the instructions and stagger the boards, pulling from more than one box at a time, etc. to get a varied look. I love that the boards stick to each other but not the subfloor. We easily finished this DIY installation between 2 people in one weekend, including some repairs to the subfloor. That was a year ago, and the floor looks exactly the same as when we laid it -- no issues with changing temps making any kind of difference, and a year's worth of pet claws and high heels and finishing a remodel on top of these floors have not created a single scratch or dent that I can find. Cleaning this floor could not be easier. All in all, you won't be sorry.

I purchased the Brittany Blanched Painted Wood because I wanted a different look in my guest bath. We are going to put down a wood floor in our dining room and hallway that butts up to this bath. So I needed a floor that would compliment and not conflict with the wood. That is why I took a shot in the dark so to speak, and chose this floor. It is quite gray, and normally I shun that color, however, it was the only one that I felt would accomplish what I needed. We are going for a cottage look in that bath, and I think it will compliment the bead board we are going to install. We just laid it yesterday, so as far durability, I can only hope it lives up to it's reputation. As far as installation, my husband and I are used to construction and remodel projects, so it was fairly easy. At our age the biggest problem is getting up and down during installation. You just must watch that once you join the planks together that you don't accidently scoot them apart by kneeling and twisting on them. We have one plank that separated slightly and could not fix it. So I will be getting a little gray caulk and fill the seam and hopefully only I will notice it. Overall if you want a different look in a plank floor, and like gray (gee I wish they made this in other colors!), this one may be just the ticket.

I just moved into a little cottage that probably has the original linoleum flooring, which had turned an ugly yellow with age. I got the Brittany Blanched Painted Wood vinyl flooring because I thought it would work well with my newly painted pewter countertops and cream walls/drawers/cabinets. I decided to tackle the project myself -- read the directions thoroughly and four hours later, I was done! I love the results and it couldn't have been easier!

Product has been installed in our bathroom for several weeks now. I love the look and feel of it and it is holding up well so far. Spills just bead up and it withstands our radiant floor heating. Easy to install....good value for the money.

Super easy once you get started. Definitely need a straight razor, a straight edge(ruler), possibly consider getting some metal cutting shears to get the job done. Prob of a better quality than I needed for the camper I put it in, but it was about the look for me. All the Blue-ish, White-ish, Gray-ish colors are all there. Loving that weathered look.
