The price was right. Tile was easy to install. It looks very nice and is super easy to maintain. We put some in the kitchen, entry hall, and two bathrooms and I'm loving all of it!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Builder0745 Best vinyl floor tile I've ever used. Wanted more but store said discontinued. Darn!
Best floor tile I've ever laid. We decided to do about 50% of our entire home with this product but when we went back, about a week later, they had sold out and told us it was discontinued. Heartbreaking for us. We really liked the tile and the installation as well. Thank you. Michael Abel

The tile is easy to install, but is flimsy and too light.

We are getting ready to put our house on the market. We have been wanting to replace the kitchen flooring for a while but couldn't decide on what to replace it with. We live in a manufactured home and many of our friends (tile setters) told us not to use ceramic tile or wood laminate in the kitchen for various reasons. My husband is not a professional by any means but laid this whole floor by himself. Also, we staggered the pieces to make it look nicer - which also created more waste than otherwise would have.
1. Not all tiles came out of the box cut completely straight so getting the lines between tiles tight was not going to happen all the time. To fix this we got some tinted silicone caulk and filled in the lines. Not noticeable at all now.
2. We had a lot of waste due to cutting. Once you cut a piece to fit somewhere you can't really use the remainder.
1. Looks very nice and clean.
2. Easy to install
3. I read reviews prior and we did not need tin snips (although they were helpful for some cuts) and the glue is not as sticky as some say. I suppose if you stick it down hard and then try to move the tile won't budge but we were able to adjust tiles as we needed.

We installed the tile in a refurbished bathroom. The job was quick, and the finished floor looks great.
