We found that the easiest way to cut the tile was to use a vibrating saw (ours is a "Dremel") which is similar to the old medical cast removers. Small motions and extremely high frequency oscillations make it easy to guide the blade; very little force is required. In your case I would lay tile right up to within a foot of the hole, then make a paper pattern, cutting out the hole in the paper and checking fit frequently. Then transfer the hole pattern to a tile with a "Marks-A-Lot". Start small, and nibble out the hole. Use the wax paper shipping protector to prevent early adhesion while you make sure the cut is correct. Most toilets overlap the floor hole substantially, so your margin for error is pretty wide. Don't forget to buy a new wax ring and consider replacing the two toilet hold-down bolts at the same time to avoid future problems.
Hint: The vertical casement trim around doors can be easily trimmed to allow a tile to be slipped underneath using the vibrating saw. Just use a scrap of tile to rest the blade upon and get the correct cut height. This will give you a professional appearance and eliminate the "fussiness" of trying to transfer the molding profile to the tile. Horizontal mop boards should just be removed carefully before the job and re-set after the tile is down.

Answer:
You don't have to cut an exact circle, you can just cut a small square shape the size of the circle because once you install the toilet you won't see the cuts.

Answer:
I marked the location and diameter of the toilet flange by spreading a thin film of liquid soap on flange and placing flooring in place. I then used a stiff knife to make an x cut and then used tin snips to cut the outside diameter of the flange.

Answer:
Use tin snips, and make a template using the paper that came with the flooring it doesnt have to be perfect since the toilet will cover it, just dont make the cut too big where the toilet wont cover it.

I just posted a picture on my review, if it helps. Since I bought a small quantity (3 boxes), the sales associate said I could bring it to the store for a refund if I was happy. I was very happy.

Answer:
Absolutely. We got "color" samples at our local H-D store prior to buying so that we could see how the product would look in our lighting and in our setting. Then, since the tiles are heavy, you can order over the 'Net and get free home delivery.

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 22 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than expected ... The color/pattern was better than the picture. They didn't have a sample in the store but the clerk assured me I could bring it to the store for a refund if I wasn't happy. It is an actual 'floating' floor, unless you attach it to the floor it sticks to itself. Note: It sticks SO WELL it is difficult to pull apart if you make a mistake. Don't press hard until you're SURE. I placed this over existing, cheap vinyl floor tiles and it did wonderfully. With the slight airspace is noticeably warmer. Easy to cut using very sharp box cutter blades but make sure you change them out ... you'll need a good blade. I will definitely be purchasing this product again for other rooms. You get what you pay for in this flooring! January 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy Install The flooring was easy to install. The flooring can be used on slab or conventional foundations. I would recommend for value, selection and easy of use. February 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Product. I Like It Installed this in my entrance way about two years ago. Installed over dry concrete, ~200sq ft. The material is holding up really well in a high traffic area. Actually it is still perfect from when I installed it. One thing is that the surface has lost its 'new shine', but I am told I can restore that shine with products. One day I will get to it Installation was not difficult. No special tools or saws required. But I recommend that any DIY plan the layout carefully before install, so make sure you are 100% knowing how it will go down. I thoroughly planned my install and the product went excellent. Tip: Use painters tape to outline your cuts, pencil is hard to see and get extra knife blades August 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Incredible Value! Just installed this floor in a remodeled bathroom... it looks fantastic! I've done every remodel project out there (we gutted our house to studs) and this is without a doubt the best value in home remodeling I've found. It's so easy! It looks great! Best of all, I didn't have to pay anyone to put it down!!!!!!!!! Before you hire anyone to put down a floor compare their installed price to this flooring. My bathroom floor cost $60.00 and it's lovely, with no damage to the subfloor, and it only took about an hour. If can measure, score, break, and put two lines together this flooring is for you. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this flooring! I installed this flooring in my main bathroom two weeks ago. It looks great and I absolutely love it! I am a 24 year old female and installed this floor completely on my own. It took longer than expected to install (about 4 hours) because it is a small room so there were so many cuts to be made (around the sewer drain, toilet water line, corners, etc.), but if you installed this in a larger room that needed less cuts it would be very quick. I love that it looks and feels like ceramic tile but is not cold underfoot. I am going to install more TrafficMaster Allure flooring throughout my entire main level. The price is right, the product is durable and looks great, and the ease of install means that it truly is a DIY project. March 19, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BEST PURCHASE EVER! This vinyl is amazing! Easy to install and the finished product looks gorgeous! December 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to lay and achieve professional results. The tiles were extremely well packaged, and cushioned to allow end loading without damage to contents. When UPS delivered them and rested them on their ends, I feared the worst: edge damage which would make it hard to assemble the interlocking tiles. When I unpacked to check, I was pleasantly surprised to find the extra internal packing had protected the tiles - in a separate internal package - from any damage. Great Job on the part of the packaging designers! December 10, 2013
