Great looking vinyl tile flooring. Installation over sound subfloor requires only a tape measure, utility knife, heavy duty shears, straight edge, and pencil. I did two bathrooms so a lot of cutting relative to total square footage installed. Tough and thick material but reasonably easy to make neat cuts. Tight fit and good adhesion means minimal seam visible.
Note: it is a floating floor and is designed for molding along walls that hold it in place while allowing some movement. What if no molding? I called manufacturer customer service and they recommended double sided carpet tape along wall edges. Caulking OK in wet areas like a bath but generally not recommended. Time will tell about how this holds up.
One of the four boxes was slightly mashed on one corner resulting in a damaged corner on all the tiles in that box. This color was special order. Remote location. Anyhow, because of all the cutting and trimming in this application, I was able to work around the damage. Still, it shouldn't have happened.
It has only been installed two months so I can't really evaluate durability, but the vinyl tiles are thick and appear tough.

The flooring is beautiful, looks very high-end. But we haven't installed it yet so we can't really rate ease of installation or overall rating.

Thick (1/4") tough vinyl. It looks like it will last for decades. Because of its thickness, extra care is needed when scoring and cutting when short pieces are needed. It looks great once installed by this first timer.

I've installed the Allure Plus Northern Hickory and thought this product would be just as good. It isn't...
The Livorno Onyx Vinyl Tile does not have same rounded edges that make the Allure Plus Northern Hickory look good. Instead, the Livorno Onyx edges are square cut. As a result, it's virtually impossible to eliminate the gap between two pieces. Even worse, because the adhesive strip is grey and the tile is off-white the gap is very, very noticeable.
After wasting an hour trying to figure out the best way to align the tiles and also eliminate the gap between adjacent pieces, I ripped it out and returned all the unopened boxes. Don't waste your time and money with this product.

I was working in a small space so a lot of cutting was required, and this material was not easy to cut.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Coleen52 Nice product but 2 of 4 boxes were broken
This was a hard one to review. We bought 4 boxes of this product for two smallish bathrooms. Two of the four boxes had completely broken tiles in the corners. Because we are selling our house and on a tight schedule to install we went ahead and used the broken tiles for areas that needed to be cut. It required quite a bit of thinking ahead. We were able to complete the project with ONE tile left. That was a miracle. My husband is an extreme Handyman and was even complaining about how hard these were to cut with just a box cutter. He ended up using a jigsaw to cut the harder ones like those around the toilet. The product is beautiful, though, and looks great. We had a house stager come by yesterday that said "what a beautiful floor!" That it is, but just beware of the condition of the tiles in the boxes.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by SW Great look & easy to install
I am a do it yourselfer and installed this in a bathroom and adjacent walk-in closet. I really like the floating concept. No glue, paste, or peel off backing was a joy to work with. This tile is extremely easy to install. So easy to cut by just scoring with a utility knife a couple times and fold. It snaps cleanly at the cut. Not so easy when you have to cut odd angles like around corners but with careful measuring and multiple cuts it can be done.
I gave it only 4 stars for two reasons. First, it has a 25 year warranty which sounds great but I am slightly concerned how the sticky glue edges will hold up for that length of time. Especially when the inevitable sink/bath/toilet overflow happens. I guess time will tell. The second reason I gave it only 4 stars is because after installing, there are a few hairline cracks along some of the edges for just an inch or two. I thought I was very careful handling the individual 1'X3' pieces by the underside middle of each piece so as not to bend the edges so I am not sure if it was me or if the hairline cracks were there out of the box. Either way, it is why I only gave 4 out of 5 for quality and the overall rating.
Enough of the technical stuff. I really like the look and feel and would definitely purchase it again. I also recommend adding the extra 10% square footage to your project size when you order.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by samfan Not worth the money, difficult to install
I've installed several different types of flooring, floating, 12x12 vinyl tile, and 6 X 36 planks. This by far, was the most difficult to work with as far as lining up with the other tiles and cutting. The end product looks no better than individual 12x12 tiles would look. In fact, there are some gaps, which were unavoidable because the product does not line up well, and when looking at the room from a distance, the overall floor looks wavy. I wish I just would have made life easier and saved money by using 12x12 adhesive tiles.
