CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Returned and paid restocking fee. I've laid Allure planks before and purchased this product for my kitchen. I really wanted to love this product and bought 9 boxes. I found it impossible to install without the seems in the fake grout being obvious. Plus, unlike the wood planks, the fake grout lines need to be lined up perfectly. I also discovered that there would be much more waste with this product. So, I returned the remaining 8 boxes and paid the 15% restocking fee. All together, I paid $150 for the luxury of not having to use this product. I purchased another product at HD and am happy with it. Just a shame you need to pay a restocking Fe e to return an inadequate product, particularly since I already spend a fortune at HD. December 29, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great tile takes more than a knife to cut Great tile, comes together easily and when cut goes down quickly. The instruction say you can cut it with a box knife but save yourself the heart ache and get a saw. March 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks and feels like real ceramic tile and very easy to install I installed this in a powder room and I'm so pleased with it that I plan on putting it in my other bathrooms. Very nice product. March 11, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Floor This floor is gorgeous and was fairly easy to install. It has the look (and feel) of real tile and added a much-needed upgrade to my master bathroom. June 5, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by some of the corners were chipped when we opened boxes. looks good now that it's down, nice coloring, looks like tile. glad we had extra since we couldn't use some pieces due to some corners being broken. A prof. floor guy put it down, he wouldn't recommend the product, but it looks ok to me. Delivery was quick (not an in-store product, must order). cleans easy, feels good under foot. Put it in our breezeway. September 5, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Durable and Ready This flooring is very easy to install and the surface is very hard. The only difficulty I had was keeping the joints tight. January 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by allure tile Ceramique Dusk 216613 For it looks and durability I give it a "A" plus. For installation I give it a C. It was very difficult getting the 16 x 32 inch tile to line up and set into place. The edges are very sticky and if your not perfect lining up you will have a very tough time removing them from one another. The manual says 15 minutes but I say 2 minutes. Cutting the material was fairly easy but make sure you buy heavy duty razors. If you buy the special order material like I did they will ship it through a trucking company. I was very disappointed by the way it was packaged. I don't know who packaged it but it was shipped on a pallet with some of the boxes damaged. Some of the tiles were deformed and the corners damaged. Luckily I bought enough to finish the job with one to spare. The floor does look nice and it did take longer than expected to install. I do recommend it but it's not easy as the say it is to install. August 7, 2010
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Need lots of muscle to lay this tile This is a very expensive lesson for me. I would have been better of getting the 12x12 individual tiles and laying them. This stuff is very hard to work with. The video shows it's so easy, but it is not. First of all, you cannot cut this stuff with a razor knife as the video indicates. Well, you can, but you have to score it over and over again and even then it's hard to break apart. I finally started using my jig saw on it. Another thing is the sticky, glue, adhesive part of the tile has no cover on it so you are constantly getting stuck to it. I have to sit in the floor to lay the tile and was constantly getting stuck to the tile. When it stuck to you, believe me it stuck to you though. I had bruises where it had stuck to my skin and I had to pull it off. I personally would not recommend this product. It's expensive and looks cheap. I wish I had gone ahead and put the wood flooring in the kitchen also. The wood flooring was the same or cheaper than this junk. Sorry, not impressed and not happy with it. July 22, 2014
