Is every plank in the carton different?

I am in love with the Sawcut series but it is way out of our budget, so I am trying to decide between the Limed Oak and Barnwood. I just want to make sure that each piece in the cartons are different so that it will not look like a copy and paste. I can't really tell from the pictures of the Barnwood style. And which between the 2 would you recommend to look the most like the Sawcut style?
thank you

Answer:
After using both the Limed Oak and the Barnwood on a project, I will say that it was my personal experience that each piece had unique features and did not look copy and paste. My favorite was the Barnwood because it had more character, but the Limed Oak was really pretty too.

i installed the barnwood & love it. I was a little skeptical, because the picture was not very good. But happy now that i made that choice. The woodgrain does seem to repeat, but not enough to standout. Again, happy with my choice.

I would open 2 or 3 cartons at a time and start pulling from any carton. I didn't think about that. Some are the same but because of the need to keep off center the seams, it never really comes into effect. Check out the rooms I just did in a total of 5 hours. The first room took longer because it was my first time laying it. It's Barnwood...I love it.

The pieces are pretty similar. The pieces are very well represented, how the pieces go from dark to light. I like the Barnwood because it is a little darker and the pieces look more authentic.

I've used my steam mop with no issues. Owned floor for over a year and we didn't use any additional adhesive. Just don't hold mop in place too long. It might dull the finish.

I'm not a professional. But, I don't see why not. We put it over our tile. We had really old tile from 1950's. Worked out great.

We laid it on top of tile in our bathroom. (The tile was outdated). It worked great. I was afraid that we would notice sunken spots over the grout lines but this was not the case. It is very simple and a huge time saver to not have to tear out existing floors.

Answer:
As long as your grout lines are not larger than a 1/16" you will be fine. If they are then skim coat the tile first and then install the flooring. Make sure the flooring is acclimated in the room for at least 48 hours prior to installing.

I saw in the product specifications that it was NOT water resistant but after reading customer reviews some say they haven't had a problem with water damage(bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, spilled drinks, cleaning, etc) Mainly I just want to hear some feedback from people who have purchased this product that have children and pets.

The product is water resistant from the top down. The reason we say its not waterproof is because the product does not prevent water from seeping up through the sub floor. As long as you clean up a spill within a reasonable amount of time you will be fine. You might want to consider using Allure PLUS as an option because it has a ceramic bead coating which will help to prevent any pet scratches. Allure Read More

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by So Far So Good Although I'm using this in an unauthorized (and warranty voiding) way, the flooring looks amazing and I'm very pleased with how easily it went in. I was able to do the entire Airstream in about 6 hours, including the cuts. Only time will tell if it will hold up. Unfortunately I ran a heavy box over it by the door and put a substantial scratch in it. I worry that future wear and tear might be an issue. However, I plan to use 2 rugs, so maybe it will all work out. I left a gap on the sides to allow for some movement. I installed it when it was 80+ degrees, so if anything it should only be shrinking. :) For the price point, I was willing to risk it. June 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I ordered the Barnwood Allure! We installed this tile ourself! We love this tile. July 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easy, but you WILL mess up a bit---here are some tips.... tip one: when ordering product, make sure you also order a roll of the sticky strips. You will probably need them at least once. I also ordered the sticky planks, but havent had a use for them yet. But I'm not done--they are on line order only, so order them both right away so you aren't stuck with out them mid project (I was) tip two: you will mess up, no matter how careful you are. so pulling apart the planks goes MUCH better if you heat with a hairdryer and slide a spackling tool to separate the pieces. They will often rip off of the strip if you don't do this. You really cant re-use the plank if it rips off. I tried. Just replace it because you won't be happy with it. tip three: very important! Make sure you start your project on whatever wall will have the blue strip showing to take the next piece. If you are carrying it into additional rooms, you MUST start in the room at the farthest most point of your area, or you will be sorry. For example, I am flooring my entire lower level. From the living room, I go into a hallway and foyer, closet, bathroom and laundry room. The hallway, foyer and closet are to the left of my living room-from the left rear corner of the room, looking into the hallway. I began my project in the living room rather than the foyer, so I am now having to slide planks UNDER the one that's already there. I'm having to do this for about 20 feet long and 10 feet wide. It is a royal pain. SO, before placing your first plank, figure out which corner to begin so that every plank will have the blue edge showing for the next one, and make sure you take into consideration every room you will be covering and if you will be "traveling" from room to room, or if there is a break. tip four: It is very easy to cut a piece, but it will dull your blade quickly. I suggest using a heavy duty blade, rather than a regular box cutter. I switched from a generic knife to a Lenox Gold one, and I've only used one blade for the same amount of cuts as 4 blades on the other. tip five: While it is very easy, it will take longer than you expect. Take your time and do a good job on each piece. If something is not quite right, then fix it right then. dont wait because it will bother you, and it will be harder to fix later. tip six: if you need to stop working, save some of the paper in the box to put over your blue sticky strips do that they don't get dusty or hairy or dirty until the next time you work on it. I hope this helps your project go a little more smoothly than mine! What I've done so far looks great and I'm very happy with the outcome July 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So far so good! Easy to install, looks good. Just did it so can't say as to how it will last. It was fun to put down. I did it by myself. August 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very happy with this product! I'm 60 years old and was relieved to find this flooring that I could install myself. I checked out all this good reviews on the product and looked at many others before deciding on this one. March 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Reasonable price great look This floor is easy to put down. You do have to be right the first time because you are working with a glued surface joint. If you have access to a floor roller, that will assure tight cohesion. It cleans up beautifully. Keep in mind it is vinyl so it can be damaged, it's not wood. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Allure vinyl plank flooring Looks great installed and is ready to take on the daily wear and tear! July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great flooring Easy to install. Looks great in our bathroom. This was our first time doing any type of flooring and we had 0 problems. June 21, 2016
