This product is very easy to install. I started out cutting the pieces on a table saw but quickly discovered it's just as easy to score and snap and much cleaner. The finished surface looks great. I have high hopes it will be durable. The worst part of the process is the packaging. It's glued together which makes opening the cardboard package a little more difficult than if it were tapped.

We have used this flooring in our cabin rental, apartments, personal residence and commercial business applications. It has survived sand, dogs, tenants, vacationers, us, and our cabin is in a wooded very sandy area which is tough on floors. Now's that it has proved itself to be very durable we are installing it in 70% of a home we will retire to. It looks awesome and wears extremely well. Can't say enough good things. Also easy and quick for my husband to install. WE LOVE THIS STUFF!

This flooring is beautiful and very easy to install. I did a bedroom by myself in one day. You absolutely need a sharp cutting tool so that when you need to fit pieces they are clean and straight. I pressed the pieces together then rented the 100# roller from Home Depot for $15, which I think is a must! You won't regret this purchase!

Installation was really easy. The thing that made it the hardest was trying to rotate the patterns on each plank so that we were not getting a repetitive pattern. We got the pacific pine print which we loved, but there is so much distinction in this pattern that some of the prints really jump out at you and so it is easy to notice those if they are too close together. We did 200 square feet and used 9 boxes. I don't know how many overall wood patterns there is in style, but it seemed like we were rotating between about 10 different looks.
Another issue was that some of the planks didn't stay glued together. We rented a roller from Home Depot and rolled the heck out of it, but the next morning there was about 10 spots that had lifted. We took a 2x4 and placed it across it and them hammered the 2x4. We then brought some bricks in and have left them on the trouble spots for several days and it seems to be holding much better now. Hopefully it will for the long term.
Last thing is if you are looking down at the floor at an angle, you can see marks across some of the planks. They are not actual scratches because the print on the plank has not been harmed, but it's like something has scraped across it and compressed it somehow creating very visible lines. We wondered if that happened from the roller, although that seems unlikely since it was so smooth. Maybe the planks came this was and we didn't notice until it was down.
