Answer:
Yes, one is a grip-strip product and one is a click. The grip strip has adhesive on the tabs and the click has a uni-click channel that snaps together similar to laminate. For other information please email me directly and i will send you the Product Knowledge sheets on both products so you can compare. gena@halsteaditnl.com

Answer:
Thank you for your question. The floor flatness tolerance of this product is 1/4" over 10'. A floor leveler should be used when exceeding the tolerance.

Answer:
Hi HarryG, the thickness of this flooring is 0.15 inches thick, This type of flooring has grip strips. It does not click or get glued down.
Take a look to the right of the words product overview. You will see info & guides. Once there you will see the installation instructions. The grip strip is very strong. The flooring planks do not move once you install it.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 27 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looks good for the first few months, horrible after that. We have had this down for just over three years. We loved this at first, but after a few months the durabilty of this product that is promised is horrible. I have areas of the flooring that have been worn down to the black backing just from everyday traffic. It was installed in the first floor of my house. The seams are all coming apart and yes we followed instruction of installation for rolling the seams. If I can save anyone from making the same mistake we did, do not go for the inexpensive fix because in a few years its not worth it. I wish we had saved our money we paid for this flooring because now I am suffering looking at it daily to save up money to replace it. Yes there is a warranty on it however is all they cover will be to replace the planks that are defective, Yea! now I get planks that do not match the current floor because they are never the same unless they are in the same batch. Just not worth trying to replace something that will only look good for a few months. Looked for the maker Halstead New England on the internet and the do not have a website that I can find. Guess I will have to do snail mail to let them know how disappointed I am in their product. June 7, 2011
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not satisfied Looked dull when floor was down. Very little variation in grain and texture. There was an decidedly unpleasant odor for a couple of weeks after laying. It gave my wife a headache. November 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Basement flooring This flooring was easy to install and looks great on the basement. June 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by purched after reading reviews easy to install.able to cut with a razor knife.was able to install in my kitchen in one day April 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The flooring that beats all flooring The appearance is amazing. It looks just like a wood floor but is easier to keep clean. I am very happy with this purchase and this product. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. January 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This product has held up very well. We have had this floor down ( we installed it ourselves) for about 9 months now. It is in a bathroom, kitchen and hallway. The hallway connects the kitchen to the garage. We have a very active Boxer, along with Grandkids here every week with Florida sand included ! This has held up really well. I have one tiny scratch that was from a knife being dropped (what do you expect). Still easy to clean and always looks good. I am going to put this in the rest of the house. Would definately recommend this to my own friends as well. September 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Effective product Effective product. Would recommend. Super easy install without special tools. Looks great, easy to maintain. October 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty happy with the purchase I hired someone to install this, even though in his words, it is as DIY-friendly as it gets. I've never done flooring, and wasn't about to try. The flooring looks beautiful, and went down quickly. The only issue at the moment is that one single solitary plank is deciding that it wants to curl up in two corners. My flooring guy applied a heat gun to it twice, and one corner is behaving, but the other is not. He has to come back and heat it up again (hair dryer is not concentrated enough heat) to get that second corner to settle down. I've done three rooms with this, and other than that one plank, everything went down and stayed down and looks beautiful, so I'd still recommend the product. Just if you see a plank whose corners are turned up, don't bother to use it, because it will just be a headache. November 24, 2011
