Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dad Too much color variation between packages
Bought almost $300 of this at my local HD and after putting it down found such a variation in colors between packages it looks almost like a different color chosen. It isn't real wood? Why can't they match better on dye runs and place some BIG warnings on box to CHECK lot#'s. No one seems to care, sales person didn't tell us this when we were helping us choose, it doesn't say on box. Traffic master says normal to have variations. If it can vary that much in color, make that information clear so we can look out and not waste money!
Hopefully it helps you:
Warning check and make sure you get same Lot numbers and buy from someplace that will stand behind their product and make sure you get what you need. What a waste!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Don This is the easiest flooring product I have worked with
I have used this product in three rooms in my home in Pa. I am owned by three Lab's and this flooring stood up to everything they could throw at it. I have since retired to Ga. and recently did two bathroom floors with this flooring, love the ease of installation. Being water resistant makes it an excellent choice for my bath's. I will be doing my kitchen floor in the not to distant future. I am strictly an amateur at this so please excuse the pics.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Judy Great flooring and easy to do even for a home remodeling newbie!
My friend and I have been installing the Trafficmaster Allure flooring in all three bedrooms, with plans to install it in the dining/kitchen area as well. It's been going great! Looks good, and we have been able to do about one room each time. Such a big improvement over my old carpet. I am really enjoying the look and feel of my new flooring!

I did not lay this product.... But I wanted to let some inquiring minds know that I did order the sample of this and I was shocked when it finally came in the mail. I was skeptical about vinyl flooring and my husband said we most certainly are NOT putting it down in our living room. But I wanted to prove him wrong, so I ordered a sample of this in the Alabama Oak. I... we.. couldnt believe how HARD this product is. Its rock solid. You couldnt bend it in half if you tried! This, in my book, is 100X better than laminate. I ordered 4 samples of the cheaper version (just the regular traffic master allure) Im waiting on those to come in before I decide. I thought I would let everyone know this is a nice product with nice texture (im assuming that texture is supposed to be there). Im leaning towards vinyl bc I have a dog, we are messy country people, and the humidity in alabama is ridiculous. I didnt want to have to worry with swelling, bowing, keeping the temperature and humidity under control. I just want something easy to maintain that looks good. The downside is I planned on laying this myself... Seems like you would need more than a utility knife to cut it.

The flooring is easy to install and looks beautiful. It is easy to clean with just vinegar and water, and always looks great.

My living and dining room had a nasty old carpet. It was replaced with this and it is beautiful!!! I live about 2 miles from the beach, so this is not only beautiful, but practical. Oh, we also have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I am very happy.

Install in my foyer a year ago to see how it holds up. Finally was ready to install in the kitchen and dining Room. We love it, the old laminate flooring showed every cat hair or crumb even streaks from mopping. This floor just seems to stay looking clean much longer. Wears well and is warmer on the feet in winter than we expected. We are saving up to do the Living Room and Bedrooms next. Absolutely love it.
Warning- Just make sure you take your time and do your best to match the seams up as you go. Yes you can slowly pull them apart for a few minutes before setting but the vinyl stretches and no matter how much time you spend lining up a tight seam it will separate ever so slightly again. It's not that bad you just will not have tight seams every time.
We were also concerned about some reports of seams lifting so we conducted a test. We took two seams and stuck them together overnight. The next day we soaked them in soapy water for a few days to see if the adhesive would break up but the seam never gave and was just as strong.
