Looks good, feels good and though not finished it is doing exactly what I wanted to do. Installing over ceramic tiles. Have to agree that installing can be tasking and for a large area it does take two. The use of a rubber mallet helps in getting the pieces to click just right, but only in areas where the tiles are a little off. Also, would recommend that Allure make 12" and 24" strips as sometimes the off set can be more than 30" thus having a lot of center sections. This can be remedied by laying down "practice" rows, but when going from room to room in a continuous lay it becomes not workable. Live in Guam and so far our high temperature and humidity has not caused any problems when going from open windows to Air Con.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Handy2 Simple to install but not always easy
The directions don’t tell you the secret of installation— that no tapping is needed (by and large). You should not have to force the Allure Ultra planks together. When they are aligned properly, they fall right into place and seal perfectly without any gap. Play around with a couple planks until you get the feel for it, and it will save you you a lot of labor and time. The only place I needed to tap the planks together was where a plank was partially trapped under a door jam and could not be raised up to lock in place (see photo below).

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LeighAnne Looks great and it's so easy to clean
We ripped out carpet and installed this over 3 weekends in 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. We have laid a little tile before, but this was our first experience with click in flooring. It took the first room to figure out how it really works. Once we borrowed a friend's miter saw and dremel it got much easier!!!! What worked best for us was one person on the ground to place the planks and another standing on the other planks to keep them from moving. The areas around the door frames were a challenge as was the bay window. We did not want to use quarter round, but we realized that it was necessary and laying the floor went so much faster. Do not buy the Allure transition pieces!!!!! Our vinyl touches both tile and hardwood. We purchased and cut Allure transition pices and thankfully found the hardwood transitions before installing. The Allure product is way too high!!!!! I feel like our whole house is so much cleaner without carpet. Spills just wipe right up and we can wet mop it when needed!!!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by AllureHater Looks great. Terrible to install.
It is nearly impossible to get this product to click in properly. One end clicks in and the other end pulls out slightly leaving the seem exposed. Try tapping that in with their block and then the plank two planks down come loose. They recommended painters tape on the seem. Are we really supposed to spend $100 on painters tape to hold down seems on 300 square feet of flooring.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Chocollette Great, easy maintenance flooring
We had to select vinyl wood look flooring for our main foyer, hallways and dining room due to possible water problems~. It looks great! We receive so many compliments! It actually looks like real wood in the cherry; I'm happy we went this route. Cheaper, long warranty and completely water resistant. Love it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by NColonna Easy to Install and Durable
I'm a contractor. The flooring was installed over DriCore. It went in relatively easy, you just need to make sure the pieces snap together PERFECTLY, leaving absolutely no hairline gaps. There's no going back to fix anything. It's a bit tough to tuck it under door jambs, as it doesn't like to slide when the pieces are interlocked. Having 2 people really helps for these type of areas. I found transition strips that matched relatively well, but I was disappointed that exact mach transitions were not sold in the store.
