Have been adding on to an existing floor with the same exact product (so I thought), and they do not fit together. Any of the locking edges do not fit together. I cut the locking parts off so they would go in place since I had no choice, but now the older new yellow and black box( (2014-2015) do not fit together with any of the brand new ones. How many times do they have to change it? 3 so far I suppose. This has been a sloppy job either way. .
Even if i did get only the 2016 planks, this is now the most difficult floor to get the joints to lock together I've done so far, and this is a small room so it should have been easy. I do a lot of floors, this used to be a good product, but now its cheap and I won't buy again.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jvdahl DO NOT buy unless your subfloor is perfectly even, and even then, probably still don't
My house was built in 89 so it's not brand new, but it's not incredibly old for a house. So, of course the subfloors sag a teeny bit in the middle of the pieces. Didn't think it would be a big deal, but the locking aspect flat out does not work if the subfloor is the slightest bit uneven. And even parts that were locked together when you finished installing the floor start to come apart after walking on it for a few months. So these floors look good and seem like a good product what with them being scratch resistant and waterproof, but long-term, it's a waste of money because in a few years, you'll have more gaps between planks than you do locked together planks so you'll either have pull it up and reinstall it or pull it up and throw it in the trash where it belongs and buy better flooring.

I was drawn to this product because of its waterproof quality and that no under-layment of any kind was needed. The floor was presented as easily snapping together with no tools needed, but I found that was not the case. I am not a novice to laminate flooring. I have put tongue and groove laminate plank flooring in most of my house. After quite a bit of fruitless wrestling with the planks while trying to follow the instructions, I decided to use a small scrap piece as tapping block with my hammer to join the pieces together. This worked well (mostly). I had ordered 9 cases which had to be delivered to the store for pickup. When I got to the fourth case, there was a yellow paper with updated instructions included. It recommended using a tapping block to join the planks. It would have been less frustrating if that paper was included in every box since you don't know which box you are going to open first. I would use it again, but knowing that it is not as easy as it is presented.

Website led us to believe this was good for a covered porch. Product came and box stated it was waterproof but not temperature proof. Was told by the manufacturer (# on box) to not use it for that purpose. She also stated that she has gotten that same call several times before.

Had this flooring installed and was only going to do one bedroom. Now I want entire house done in this flooring. It is thick for durability, looks like real wood with a texture you can feel, and cleans up so well. I wanted a semi dark flooring and this does the job. It has a hint of blue and grey color in it. I just love the look and feel of the flooring. The wide boards really give it a great look. I am so glad I took the time to research flooring and found this one.

This is a perfect option for my basement floor which had asbestos tiles that we were concerned about removing. I waited before posting to make sure that the floor was durable and it is!. We have six kids and this floor has done very well. For the installation we used a method that we read about online. My husband and I first joined the entire row and then we added it to the row we had already laid. He stood on one end of the room and I on the other. It worked perfectly. It was not difficult to make the cuts. We originally thought about tile but that would be an issue with the existing tiles plus I hate cleaning the grout. This is a great option and we are very happy!
