Friends stopped by and thought the floors were wood. We usually DIY, but it was such a large project we had two flooring contractors install it in two days. One of our contractors made the comment after working with the product that we chose the best type of flooring you can buy based on its durability, easy installation and handsome looks. We are confident that the flooring will withstand the test of time. We chose Allure Ultra Vinyl plank flooring because we have 3 dogs, and the product not only looks magnificent, it requires very little maintenance and is AFFORDABLE. Our plans are to install Allure Ultra flooring on the 2nd floor ourselves in the future.

The flooring was a bit tricky to keep locked together when installing the next plant. I found a rubber mallet worked well with a light tapping and they would snap together, but be sure to check every joint before starting the next row it comes apart quite easy. Also went through about 30 blades on 1300 sqft of flooring. Cutting chunks out of the plant was a pain that required several hard knife passes to get the cut deep enough to use a pair of pliers to snap. If the locking joint was bigger it might stay together better. Overall happy with the purchase. Was not happy that it is made in China. But didnt know that until i got my flooring.

Purchased the flooring last week for our 2 bathrooms. The flooring came very quickly, sooner than expected. Only minor problem was that we had ordered 6 boxes of flooring and for some reason the order got separated and we received 4 of the boxes on Friday and the other 2 boxes came yesterday. Installed flooring on Sunday in one bathroom. Installation was easy and similar to installing laminate flooring. Have only had it down a few days but think it looks fantastic. We installed over builder grade vinyl flooring. VERY happy with the result and can't wait to get the rest of the flooring down in our other bathroom. A little on the expensive side.

Installation was a bit tricky, but gets easier as you go. Vinyl plank is much easier to install than laminate because there is no 'chipping'.
The best part of this floor is the texture and look. We installed it the waiting room, kitchen, and bathroom of a commercial building. We received many compliments and we love the fact that it's waterproof and very durable.

Not only is this floor beautiful it feels like real wood. I love this floor. I was worried the floor might be too slippery for the dogs but the texture really helps. Last week we were visiting a friend who had real hardwood flooring and when the older dog lay down he just couldn't get enough traction to get himself up. I am seriously considering doing the whole downstairs. Everyone who has seen it just raves. AWESOME!
