Rated 4 out of 5Â by CTEngineer Easy Installation!
Was a bit nervous about the ease of installation after reading many forums online. HOWEVER, installation was a piece of cake. Follow the directions in the box. Can't get much easier! Installed the first 300 SF with help (70+ year old father), and the remaining 425 SF myself. Took about 12 hours in total to install 750 SF. Only rated 4 stars since I can't say how well it will last over the coming years. BE CAREFUL as it does scratch more easily than I would have thought - use felt furniture pads for furniture legs immediately. Rubbed a bit of dark walnut stain onto scratches and they were gone like magic.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Johnny Great looking floor
I laid 650 sq. ft. of this flooring myself over my existing tile floor. The floor looks great and appears to be durable (time will tell). As for installation, the score and snap method of cutting the planks is not the best method in my opinion. I tried it and found it to be difficult and time consuming. I used a jigsaw to make all of my cuts and there were many. The floor locks together just fine as long as you take your time. I plunge cut all of my door jams and casing so that the planks would slide under the jams and casing. A few areas around the doors were a little difficult. A little trick is to place a small amount of soap on one edge of one plank so that the plank will slide. Take your time installing this floor and you will be pleased with the outcome.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by Lori Be prepared for some hard work, but worth it
I can't rate this product a 5 which it does deserve because the ease of cutting with a utility knife and simple snap method was not so simple. If you have never done any type of flooring before, be prepared for some heavy labor. You need to have stock in blades for your utility knife,as this is so thick they dull quickly. You need to press hard about three times to score it. You press the flooring piece up and then have to carefully run your utility knife over the front (like you do when cutting drywall) before it snaps. The way the directions tell you to install it is snap the planks together and then tap the end in.. There is a white tab you see when you do this which to me looked fake. So my husband and I decided to slide the white tab in for a snug fit. You can get so far then you have to use a block of wood and a hammer and gently tap the to pieces together.. You then can press the other piece upward and get a good snap.. It took us 70 hours and 3 days to install. Our kitchen and dining room area is 240 square feet with many angles because of a breakfast bar. Now that the rough work is done, I love this floor. Just wish it was easier to cut and install, but again this is commercial grade. The other thing I would like to point out is even though is says it wont' scratch, I have taken no chances and have placed felt on the bottoms of the counter height chairs, under the stove and on my dining room chairs. It looks like rich wood flooring, not glossy. Take your time and you will be glad you picked this.. We had so many samples before we decided to go with this. Because this is vinyl it is perfect for a household with kids and a dog.

Rated 2 out of 5Â by xxxx The Easiest Floor Ever, My Behind!!!
I love the look of the flooring. It's beautiful. The cost and the quality is also great. The installation on the other hand, was a sincere pain and labor intensive. After trying to complete only two rows of installation for over 3.5 hours, I decided to return the product. I was very disappointed. The interlocking mechanism is a joke. All planks do not interlock, so the floor easily comes apart. I followed the instructions exactly. I reviewed the instructions included, and also reviewed several Youtube instructional videos. However my frustration for the installation or the lack thereof outweighed my love for the product's aesthetics. Again, very disappointed that I had to return the product. I really wanted it to work.

Rated 4 out of 5Â by HenryJonesJr Very happy with results, not easy to install, be sure to stagger the joints.
I'm thrilled with this product. Like another reviewer said you need a lot of knife blades, but it cuts very easily with a new blade. Maybe 4 cuts and then you need to flip the blade. I have seen this product installed in a lot of places and you really need to make sure the first piece on every row is a random length. It really looks bad if the joints line up near each other. Also, I for the intricate cuts like near doorways, i tried many tools, but ended up with a very large pair of metal snips.
Waiting now to order the zamma transition pieces for the door ways.
Did 983 square foot six room house in 4 days with my wife.
