I definitely recommend these imitation tiles. They're not real tile, but a peel and stick variation, but honestly when I opened the boxes and picked one up, you can't really tell the difference (unless maybe you're a flooring expert). They feel heavy and sturdy like real tile, and have a beautiful finish and feel as well.
You have to make sure you have plywood underlayment before putting them down. Do not take this lightly, the manual even says if you lay it on OSB (obstructed strand board), you lose your warranty on the product. Honestly though I would't have recommended putting it on OSB anyway. Before sticking on the plywood underlayment you have to treat with a primer that helps the tiles stick better, and that primer soaks into the plywood better than into OSB.
Otherwise, putting the tiles down was super easy, it's more about making sure things are aligned. You have the option to grout or just place the tiles right next to each other. I chose not to grout and it looks great and there aren't gaps between the tiles. And cutting it is a piece of cake! You can use a utility knife to cut pieces for any corners, wall edges, or odd shapes you need.
We're going on 3 months now of having the tile in our sunroom, and it looks amazing. Super easy to sweep/vacuum, looks great!
The only con/word of caution I have, is that you may want to be careful in how you screw down the plywood underlayment. It looks like in one spot the screw I put in is coming back up a bit or misaligned (the tile in one corner is being pushed up a bit from the screw underneath it.
Oh and be prepared to feel like you've been doing squat reps for hours on end. My legs and back were incredibly sore by the end of this project, but I also have a bad back so that probably contributed quite a bit to the pain.

This has the look of ceramic tile and it came out better than I thought. I chose to use grout with these tiles and installation was a breeze using a utility knife and spacers. No need to use a tile cutter which was very appealing. These were used in the kitchen in an old house and the tiles were very forgiving in the areas that were not as level as others. I did use some floor leveler in the tough areas before installing the tiles and in those spots I used additional floor glue. This was my first project using grout and using the simple grout was easy. Friends that have looked the floor cant tell the difference between these and ceramic.

This is my favorite part of my bathroom remodel. We put grout on the vinyl tiles which makes it look just like ceramic tiling. Everyone thinks it is ceramic tiling. Will be using the same tiles for my other bathroom.

Kid tested this tile and it held up well. The color was a little lighter than what I expected and hoped it would be just a little darker, but the veining in it makes it so it doesn't show the dirt like I thought it was going to. Have two walls paneled,so it brightened up the room.
Had the whole sub-floor and underlay replaced by a contractor who also laid the tile. He liked how it went down, but it has a very sticky adhesive. Had to call about how to remove residue from the tile and they said to use mineral spirits , which worked great.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by owner Peel n stick needed adhesive
I was not satisfied with the peel n stick adhering to the new plywood underlayment in my entrance hall so I decided to use adhesive. The tiles were lifting off too easily and I believe that rain and snow being tracked in would make that worse. The tile adhesive makes it a lot more secure. I bought six boxes and only one tile was damaged. I preferred a darker color but it was sold out. These tiles may show footprints more in the entrance hall and may need more frequent cleaning because of the color.

This tile installed beautifully and looks great! We opted to use the grouted installation and the Ceramica vinyl tile looks like ceramic tile but has a wonderful feel and it is not as slippery as ceramic tile when wet. This is the second bathroom in which we have installed Ceramica tile. Both of the floors look great.
