Hardest part of the entire process was prepping basement concrete floor before laying these tiles down. Trafficmaster's basement proofer is a must. You will only need a total of 10 spacers to do the entire floor. Once the tile is in place and stuck to the floor it doesn't move at all. 12 inch speed square, box cutter, and tin snips made the job super easy to cut the tiles to the exact size I needed. I did grout the tiles with the simple tile pre mixed grout, and was able to do the entire basement (170 sqft) with 2 Qt. Best part about these tiles are they don't get cold even though its directly on concrete in the basement.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JKLockwood Great Product - Wrong Color
This product line was only available online when I found it. 1-800-Home Depot offered to contact Traffic Master for samples but I never heard back from Customer Service. Therefore I went ahead and purchased my two best color options just to touch/see/try it in my space. I purchased one case of the TrafficMaster Ceramica12 in. x 12 in. Concrete Resilient Vinyl Tile Flooring (30 sq. ft. / case). It's of great quality, however, the color has much more of a tan hue in life than it does grey like in online product pictures. I also purchased 1 case of the TrafficMaster Ceramica12 in. x 24 in. Coastal Grey Vinyl Tile Flooring (30 sq. ft./case). I've returned the Concrete Resilient and will order the full quantity in Coastal Grey. Since I was not pressed for time- and the orders were shipped free-- the in-store no hassle return makes it more of a non-issue. But as a cost-conscious consumer I like to help maximize profits and keep prices low so I prefer to had samples.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Josephine The tiles are so durable and easy to put down.
The tiles were much more durable than I thought they would be. It totally transformed my kitchen. They were easy to cut using a carpet knife (box cutter) for the ones that needed to be trimmed. I could even use scissors for a few pieces. I would highly reccomend this product for anyone looking for a "quick fix" in home improvement.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by WJ4587 Great Quality Vinyl Tile
This Tile looks great installed in my master bath compared to regular Vinyl Tile! (Which I previously installed in my guest bath.) A word of warning, they are a lot harder to cut than regular Vinyl. I ended up buying a Vinyl Tile cutting tool (kind of looks like a paper cutter) to do the job. After that, the install was a breeze!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Karen great product for the money
We installed this flooring for in our primary home. We are updating it to sell this summer. We did it ourselves and couldn't be happier with the result. It is a fantastic product and looks beautiful. It really does look like tile when grouted. The only problem we had with it was water marks left from sponging the grout. If you don't remove the excess water it will leave marks. I have not been able to remove them yet, but even with that said, it still looks fantastic.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BrCy product goes well beyond expectations
We were looking for some cheap flooring to use until we did a major renovation on our kitchen. We installed this flooring in a matter of hours including grouting it. I don't believe that you have to grout it but we did and it looks fabulous!!!! Looks like real tile but install is much easier and quicker than tile. Cost was great also.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by gloryimages Loved this resilient flooring!
Everyone that comes to our home comments on how beautiful the kitchen floor looks! They have to bend down and feel the floor to confirm it is not ceramic. It looks like ceramic, but feels "warmer". We love the feel and the look. It cleans easily and the concrete color looks great with our stainless steel and dark wood. In fact it hides dirt amazingly! The tile was extremely easy to lay down. The 10X20 foot job went quickly and smoothly. I loved being able to cut the tile with a box cutter. If the tiles are slightly warm, it is even easier to go around curved edges. (I did this in the summer in Western NY) I did not use spacers because I wanted really thin grout lines. I used the premixed grey grout suggested and it was easy! I could not be happier with the results.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Jenn Ok but color not represented well on the site
Overall the product is great, but between the image on the website and the fact that samples weren't available at the store, I wasted a couple weeks waiting for the tile to be shipped to me only to find out that the tile is much more blue than described. Very disappointed with the fact that I have to return these...back too the drawing board and yet more time with an unfinished kitchen floor. :(
