Installed this product in the bathroom and it looks fabulous. Warm on the bare feet. The floor pattern was complicated by curved tub and walls. 50 square feet and only 6 tiles that I did not have to cut. I used tin snips to go around the curved wall tile and tub. The job would have taken days with real ceramic because of all the complex cuts.

I was looking for a cost effective way of updating our 1950's kitchen that I could do without hiring a contractor and found this product. I don't like ordering things online but the reviews were so positive that I took a chance...so glad I did!
I pulled up the old vinyl squares, and cleaned up the subfloor by using a stripper. Before laying the tiles I also used a primer.
The tools I purchased for this project helped a LOT. I grabbed a grease pencil, carpenters square, a tool to score the tile, a razor knife, 1/4 inch spacers, a chalk line, a grout bag and a float. I also had some snippers, measuring tape and a couple of new sponges as well as my partner in crime, my friend Jessie.
Before starting the job I used the grease pencil to mark the middle of all the tiles so I could easily identify the proper place to align them. We also used the chalk like to place a couple of reference marks on the subfloor.
We started directly up against the sink, in the middle of the floor and worked our way out. Neither of us had any experience doing this; and we completed it including grouting in one afternoon.
It looks and feels AMAZING, and the best part about it is that we have bragging rights that come from a job well done. It doesn't look like vinyl at all and people are shocked when I tell them what it is.
As recommended on someone else's review I spent around five bucks for a grout bag which helped keep things a bit neater.
My boyfriend went to work and by the time he came home we had a brand new floor. Needless to say; I'm going to be doing this in a couple of other areas very soon!

I didn't have a big budget to replace the flooring in my bathroom, so after reading the reviews I decided to purchase this product. It went in over existing sheet vinyl flooring so the prep work was minimal. I received the product on Friday afternoon and by Saturday at noon the installation was complete, it was that easy. I am a 63 year old woman and had no problem at all installing these tiles, I used a sharp tile cutter knife purchased for about $15 and this made the cutting a breeze. Everyone thinks this floor is ceramic tile, it looks very rich and elegant. I finished it off with grey grout. I'm so happy with the results and would definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to upgrade the look of their flooring. I only wish I had known about this product sooner instead of living with my ugly bathroom floor all these years. Great product for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Laura Wonderful Product!
I saw these tiles on display (grouted) in the store and could not get over how much they look like real tile! After shopping around and calculating what it would cost to cover my 400 sq ft space with real tile (that cracks, is hard on your back and cold on your feet!) I chose this one to use as part of my kitchen remodel and I could not be happier! The new kitchen has more of a modern clean feel and I knew that this industrial tile in a grey, grouted, done in a subway style, would be wonderful and it is! The edges are rounded which once grouted gives the illusion of real tile - - you cannot tell the difference. They are also easy to install (peel and stick) and we did use a bonding agent with it also, as I had read that others did this as well and I wanted to be sure they stayed down. Things to note: The floor you are covering should be SMOOTH as I would imagine bumps/imperfections might be seen - - it is industrial tile, pretty thick, but still I would suggest getting your surface very smooth. We used a saw to make the cuts and that worked perfectly also. (This was also a great option for me because my floor has a dip in one place from the house settling and putting in a large ceramic tile would have resulted in cracks down the road for sure. My contractor was encouraging me to go with a smaller tile, but that was not the look I wanted). I am VERY confident that this industrial linoleum look is catching on quick for its functionality, ease in installation, ease in cleaning, and overall sleek clean look!!! I saw them in the store then picked my color online and ordered and they were delivered right to my house.

I absolutely love these tiles. I installed them myself in an entryway/hallway, over an ugly old vinyl floor, and grouted them with a dark gray grout. A contractor who came to our house to work on a project, saw the work in progress and asked for the product info. He could hardly believe they were vinyl, stick-on tiles. I used a utility knife to cut then snap most of them, and for edges that would be covered by molding, and for tricky cuts, I scored and then snipped with pliers. They look like high-end slate, perfect in our modern home. I could not be happier!
