I have an existing vinyl floor in my basement bathroom, and installing this straight over it was simple and now looks fantastic, doesnt look like vinyl and doesnt look like tile. It's a simple quick and cheap fix for a bathroom, only temporary though, you should put something down within a year because it'll probably outdate.

We put this flooring in our foyer. We wanted ceramic tile but that would entail sistering joists and redoing the subfloor. (We did this in our kitchen so we knew how involved this is!) The subfloor also had the correct underlayment for vinyl stick tile so we decided on "tile look". The tiles went down great. Straight cuts were easy, curved and intricate cuts were not so easy since the tile is stiff. We did a herringbone pattern which made the room look larger. I used 1/8" spacers and filled in with delorean gray with Simple Grout. It is a great floor! The only con is that it is slippery with socks and certain shoes. I think the surface could have more texture to prevent that. It also has quite alot of sheen. Just be aware of that.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Vickietoria The pics here do not do it justice
Saw these in the store initially and couldn't believe the price after seeing these installed at a neighbor's place which obviously held up very well to normal wear and tear in their high traffic areas. They do use Armstrong floor cleaner designed for this line of floors. The pearl color is lux and in a league of its own because of the added metallic wash. I will use it on my hallway, into a kitchen and to finish off tops of walls in lieu of tile in my small bath and over the doors giving it a sense of continuity. The photo here is sadly lacking texture. Reviews of the 12x12 squares are more descriptive of the many fluid shades of taupes/grays/beliges and two different metallic rubs - subtle but effective. The bigger tiles have more continuity lengthwise while the squares' pattern seems to be more self contained (if the right word), i.e. as if rubbed i a circle. I think given a choice the bigger tiles are more versatile and may be cut into squares anyway but look richer as they are. Hoping the store sample boards will add to the review. It does not look too modern to me but rather will fit beautifully with my Restoration Hardware furniture and add a clean feel of a elegant Italian floor I once saw in a Tuscan villa. Could go modern w/o changing floors. Read the reviews of the square tiles - better descriptions and tips. My photo looks a bit dark but you can get an idea. Square pic shows the heavier metallic on the smaller tiles. I am no longer bitter about my small budget. :)

This is not the first time we've used the peel and stick vinyl tiles before. In fact, having great success and ease gave me the confidence to try not the standard square but this rectangle (and also the mosaic peel and stick tiles that are available). Knowing that layout, level and square measurements are important we got our first tile laid carefully. Unfortunately it seems that these tiles are not all evenly cut. Hours of measuring and having to pull up and reset aside, they eventually laid almost flush to one another. It was just a tremendous pain. I could see how these would be easily grouted and then their imperfections wouldn't matter, but I didn't want grout. I'd have bought ceramic tiles if I wanted grout.
The unevenness of a few of the tiles in the box was annoying but we still managed to make it work, and the results are very good. More annoying that a deal breaker. What is hard is that this is in store to be seen, no samples there to take and look at and its only online to order (at least in my area of VA). Having to wait for them to arrive, not knowing if they would work for the job is the biggest draw back. Beyond that, the case size of 35sqft is pretty small, but the price of a case is cheap. Since these are not in stores to look at, buying more in the same dye lot to match isn't as easy as running up to the store. We ended up needing ONE more tile for our bathroom and had to make due repurposing the cut ends for under our sink where it will never be seen. Knowing they are just slightly irregular, knowing the LONG shipment time, the lack of easy access to additional tiles id say that yes I'd buy this again, but I'd also have to buy 2 cases to do 35 daft bathroom and to have replacements. That's just wasted money when there are choices in the store that do the same thing but easier to access.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by ViennaDIY The flooring really looks fantastic, Easy to install
The flooring really looks fantastic. The silvery sheen and glint from the sunlight reflections do a good job looking like real stone. We installed it onto a cleaned, prepped concrete floor in the basement. It's been the fastest floor I've ever installed. We didn't use spacers, but wil just use grey caulking to lock up some joints that are over 1/16" to ensure dust doesn't get underneath and start peeling up. We used a utility knife to score and snap the tile, but I've found we get an extremely clean and fast cut with the chop saw, not even a plywood blade. I'm extremely pleased with the flooring appearance and overall quality!

I recently installed 1100sq ft of this tile. I was looking for something neutral inexpensive & durable in 24" by 12"
Couldn't be happier ... installation was not difficult I did it all myself .the look is classic .
Tons of complements!
I wouldn't call it grey. More sand colored
I used this in all the rooms .
Kitchen bath and bedrooms
all are stunning!

This product turned out to be as advertised. It was installed with grout between each tile. This gave it a stone look. This stone illusion is consistent throughout. We are happy with the finish. My friends believe that it is actually stone until they feel the vinyl finish with their hands!
