We installed every where and works well. It doesn't like to be scrapped with anything sharp but it's easy to remove and replace individual tiles. Better than other vinyl tile or laminate flooring. Key things to remember is to spend time prepping the sub flooring. Need it clean and smooth. If porous like cement, use Henry's sealer for vinyl adhesive. Also, don't go overboard with spreading grout. It wants to stick to the surface of the tile. If some is dried on, use Scott nylon scrubbing pad/sponges with an ammonia based cleaner. I used 3/16 in spacers for the grout lines.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mjx429 Love the look, I have received plenty of compliments. People do not believe this a vinyl flooring product.
I used this product with grout in my kitchen (275sq ft) The end result was a great looking floor! I did follow the manufactures instructions and used the adhesive primer. There are a just few "popping" noises from the tile, that may be the uneven subfloor as the house was built in the 70's. With this particular style you need to remove the haze from the grout immediately, as I spent 3 hours with a razor blade scrapping off the residue the next day. I purchased the Camel style tiles awhile back for my bathroom & installed with a grout line. The Camel tiles were much easier to clean up after the grout. Definitely a different product, even thou the same manufacturer (I used the same grout manufacturer). I would continue to use this line of products, can't beat the stone look at this price!

Everyone that comes in thinks it is real ceramic tile! I love it and the way it looks.

I put this down right over old vinyl in a bathroom. It laid easily, the adhesive sticks very tight and is was fairly easy to cut- with a VERY SHARP knife. I think grouting it made all the difference in looking like "real" tile vs. stick on tiles. It totally upgraded the look of the bathroom for less than 50 bucks.

I was a flooring installer for 25 years so installation was a breeze and should be fairly simple for anyone with basic DIY skills. I would recommend if you're using grout, cut the spacers into "T" shapes ahead of time because you'll be staggering the joints and + shapes won't work (I used a scissors. This will save you time and frustration from doing it as you go. The quality of the tile seems excellent as well as the adhesion of the glue. I installed mine over new 5 mm exterior grade Luan underlayment and had no problems. I used the recommended pre-mixed grout (color was LINEN) and it was easy and straight forward. If you want to see any of the tile available "online only" you can visit a Home Depot and there are samples of the "online only/special order" tile in the Tile aisles.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lori Absolutely stunning, with the look of procelain and / or marble! LOVE, love LOVE it!!
We could not be happier with our purchase! Not your typical "peel and stick" tile - this product is amazing!! Our home is an older home with balloon-type construction. Because of this, ceramic tile is not recommended due to the added weight on the floor joists and would cause joists to bow/sag (which would cause the grout to constantly crack). Floating floor was about our only option, but we were very concerned with the quality should the product be exposed to possible water spills or drips, not to mention we could not find a color match for our décor or cabinets. Extremely happy with the quality of this product - the guarantee is amazing and unbeatable! The install was a dream and I HIGHLY recommend this product. Elegant look and has the appearance of porcelain or marble!

I just received the tile, and tomorrow I will bring it back to the store. The color is very unpleasant , and tiles look cheap, depressing and dirty - distinctively yellowish beige. On the picture it looked beige/grey. Some boxes with the tile were damaged by ties during packing. When you receive your tile - check boxes for a damage. Home Depot take it back without any problem. The tile is very heavy - keep it in mind when ordering.
I decided to buy 12-in x 24-in Groutable Oyster Peel-and-Stick Travertine Residential Vinyl Tile from home depot - it was possible to see it before buying.

We recently installed this in our laundry and bathroom. I hated the idea of vinyl but decided to take a risk on this because I had bad luck with ceramic cracking in my home, which is on piers. If I would have know it would be so great, I would have used it in my kitchen too! It looks like stone or ceramic! Our floor installers decided to install over cement board with a glue (just for extra hold but it doesn't call for that). We decided not to grout to save money and labor but I still feel like it still kinda looks grouted. We used a brick pattern. I love my floor! We haven't lived with it long enough to comment on durability but it seems like it will be very durable!
