This product is great !!! The quality is awesome and its sooooo affordable - I couldn't believe it! $60 for my whole kitchen. The tiles are thick and look great - great quality and easy to install. You can cut the tiles with scissors. They are high traffic tiles so they are very durable.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Margie Simple, Easy - But what about the gooey adhesive?
Okay, maybe it's just me, but I found cutting these with kitchen shears was hard on my hands. I'm a 51 yo woman, but I'm pretty tough and do a lot of DIY projects.
The biggest concern I have is that in a few places, the black adhesive has 'oozed' up a bit between the tiles. Not gobs of it, but the tile is very light and the black goo is really noticeable. I installed them on concrete, ground level in my sons bathroom.
Installation is a no brainer - make sure your floor is CLEAN and level, measure to find the right angle center of your room, start from there with full tiles. On wall edges, cut the tiles to fit where needed. Peel backing off, press to adhere. You can't beat the price for a durable floor.
I bought enough to install in my other two bathrooms, but I'm looking for an alternative at this point.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Goaliemom Very nice tiles
I used them in an office on lower level of house. Very easy to install, really looked nice after I was done. Stuck down very nicely did not peel up. I liked the fact that they are not shiny and clean up well. Used a utility knife to score, snapped off what I did not need.

I installed these tiles this weekend by myself. It was pretty easy except for corners, uneven parts of the floor, etc. . But if I can do it, anyone can. It looks beautiful almost like real marble at first glance.--
