Answer:
No, you should not have to remove the lock nuts to lower the panels. The lock nuts hold on a piece that pivots and allows the panels to be lowered. You may have the lock nut/hinge piece on backwards. Please check the manual for further instructions.

I would like to know the dimensions of the assembled deck itself; the length, width and height.
(without the wheel assembly).
I am trying to find out if I can fit and move around my 10000/8500 watt portable generator, in the backyard.

Dear Tricam person,
In your response above, you noted that the cart is 24 wide and 48 inches long. However, in the specs on the Home Depot website (above), the width is listed at 48 inches and the length is listed as 24 inches. Can you please clarify? Thank you! :)

Answer:
The tires can be replaced or repaired at most tire stores. The tire and wheel combo can be found at Home Depot. They may be slightly smaller but work just fine, I recently replace all four tires & wheels on an old wagon to haul firewood but the wife is using it to haul pumpkins.

I had an old cart that blew out a tire too. I bought four slightly smaller tires right in the Home Depot store. You can also try your local tire store, but bearings had also gone out after 9 years.

Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 94 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice garden cart with fold down sides I wanted a larger pull/tow garden cart to fit larger items. This works well as you can fold down the sides to get a flat bed. Overall, good cart. The individual pieces are not very strong and the wire mesh is not heavy duty. But put all together it has a good feel to it. But I think 1,000lbs would damage the cart if not perfectly weight distributed. If you were loading this with rocks (and dropping in) I think it'd quickly dent the wire mesh. Sides fold down easily (clips) and stay on, which is nice. Fold down/fold up quickly. Box is flat packed, so quite compact. Setup will probably take 30mins or so. April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great purchase. Perfect for hauling around 5 huge 50-pound sacks of mulch. This sturdy utility cart can haul up to almost 1000 pounds. With ballbearing wheels and well-designed steering and adjustable handle, this cart makes it easy to negotiate turns with a heavy load, but yet it's rugged enough for any garden and yard chores. The sides quickly unclip for unloading or to convert it into a flat bed wagon. The grated bottom and sides ensure that it won't collect gravel or dirt. As an added bonus, my grandchildren love for me to pull them while they ride along in this wagon. April 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by strong and sturdy Instructions were not very clear. More pics would help with deficiency in clear instructions. Delivered with missing hardware. My smart son was able to figure out how to put together after instructions got misplaced waiting for replacement hardware. One loose nut that just spins around without tightening, not in a major area for concern in expected use. Have not put to the test yet - 4 days old. My husband pulled me around on it - therefore sturdy. April 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Solid and easy to use The cart arrived quickly and was easy to put together. Our German Shepherd enjoys his rides in it... April 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Review Assembly instructions need help! Pictures are unclear. Product shipped was obviously a prior return, based on how box had sooo much retaping. Parts were missing, even from the blister pak which was open. Live on Farm and had access to make assembly work with substitutes. Wife loves the product. It is sturdy and usable. Sides drop down without needing removal. Large wheels make easy transport in large garden. Went back to store to order a second unit ... not available! March 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Buy A great buy. Easy to assemble. Easy to pull along even when full. April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for yard clean up This cart is a little bigger than the one I had previously bought, and it works great for cleaning up brush in the yard. It is easy to pull with the bubble wheels and the mesh sides give a place to attach a bungee cord to hold a large load down. Really like this. Have not used the hitch handle conversion so I can't comment on that. April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOVE IT! I love this wagon. I can pull it by hand, behind my golf cart or hook it up to the riding mower. I load it up with branches and brush and bungey it down. I release the back gate, lift it up on the front and dump the load. Being a female, it's important for me to have something lightweight, yet sturdy enough for me to work with. Great product!
