Much better shelving unit than what I previously had. It was't difficult to assemble, although I was short 1 of the sleeves used to hold the shelves in place. Fortunately I had a spare from another unit I bought. I like the hooks you can hang off the side. They are very handy.

Helped me to organize my pantry. Good value for the product. Purchased containers that I wanted to put on shelves prior to assembly so that I would know how much space to leave between shelves. Two of us put it together easily.

First wire shelf unit I ever purchased. Was pleased with the quality but I had to call the companies customer service department due to two incorrectly threaded bottom poles which meant I couldn't screw on the casters. Customer service rep understood and without any hassle sent me two new bottom poles via 2nd day shipping at no charge from CA to CT. Easy to build. Very strong unit. I wish other companies (ex. auto insurance) would adopt the excellent customer service that this company has. Will definitely purchase another shelf unit from this company when needed.

Maybe someone could make the clips that hold the shelves up a little better.

Bought this unit to fit into an empty space in our laundry room. Already have several similar units in place for a year. Excellent quality for a good price and much better than the plastic, wood or other shelving systems for my money.

I bought this unit for use in my kitchen. I considered getting a microwave cart or a baker's rack, but decided I could fit so many more things on these shelves. I always felt like I had so little workspace on my counter because appliances took up so much room, so now I am really happy to have the microwave, toaster & blender off the countertop and on these shelves. The unit was easy to assemble. The only tools I needed were a rubber mallet to hit the shelves down snugly onto the sleeves and a stepstool to reach the top shelf. It is sturdy, shiny, & really fits into the urban/industrial theme I was going for. Like some other reviewers, I did have to open the box downstairs and carry up the parts, because the box was really heavy (72 lbs if I remember correctly). Overall, I feel it solved my space problem in a stylish way.

It is difficult to start the actual building of the shelving. It is better to have some assistance for the first shelf which holds the legs vertical. I managed by myself and therefore I got the shelves at the heights I wanted. Be sure to read the instructions all the way through and to refer to the instructions as you go along. To change the height of the shelves at any time after the unit is built would not be easy so know what each shelf will be used for. Otherwise the shelving unit will have to be reversed to adjust the shelf height. I like the fact that it has wheels and that the wheels are made well. I am planning to purchase another unit in the future.
