  • Unlike normal gas that begins to break down after just 30 days, TruFuel remains fresh for years due to proprietary formulation
  • 93 octane, ethanol-free formula provides easier engine starting and smoother idling
  • Ethanol-free formula eliminates risk of engine seizure or costly repairs due to ethanol related moisture attraction and phase separation commonly found in station gasoline
  • Pack includes 6 cans

I can't think of a reason why it can't. It's like filling your car with 93 octane fuel when you still have a 1/4 tank of 87 octane fuel.

Answer:
Assuming that the engine is 2-cycle and requires a 50:1 Mix, and the fuel previously in the Machine was mixed to the correct Proportion and is not stale, mixing them will be fine. If the remaining fuel is substantial and you suspect that it is stale, I would recommend removing as much of it as possible before adding the new fuel.

Assuming you have a 2 cycle engine designed to use a 50:1 mix, yes. Otherwise I would advise against it as using the wrong mix could damage the engine.

Answer:
Yes you can. The only difference is that you will reduce the purity and effectiveness of the Trufuel. The whole idea is that Truefuel leaves out the Ethanol which degrades the fuel and adds sludge to the engines. I understand not wanting to throw the other gas away. As you continue to use Truefuel it will re-gain it's purity.

Answer:
I don't see why not. as long as the existing fuel is the same oil to gas ratio...The only thing is you don't want to have an Ethanol mix higher than 10%, less if possible
Remember to remove any fuel in the tank when your not going to use it for a while.

I'm not sure about your pressure washer but the trufuel works great with my weed eater. It starts better and I don't have to worry about the gas going bad. I would make sure the gas/oil ratio meets the manufacturer's specifications.

Ram, sorry my last post was thinking you wanted to use it in the pressure washer side not the engine side. But in this case the answer is probably the same "NO", but for a different reason.
More than likely your pressure washer uses a 4 cycle engine not a 2 cycle engine. (4 cycle engines generally have more power than 2 cycle engines). 2 cycle engines are generally used for leaf blowers, weed whackers, etc. Whereas, 4 cycle engines are generally used for lawn mowers, and other gas driven power tools. Mind you there are exceptions as I have had a 2 cycle lawn mower in the past, but it definitely was not as powerful as a 4 cycle mower.
You can tell the difference if it has a separate place for oil to be added. If you have an oil cap on the engine it is a 4 cycle engine and you do NOT need this product. This product has the oil added to the gasoline. In fact using this product for a long while can cause early failure of the pressure washer engine bu causing the spark plug to eventually get fowled and potentially stop working properly. Read Less

Ram,
In short, NO!. This product is a gasoline fuel mix for 2 cycle engines. Although gasoline has been used as a cleaner by some folks, I do not recommended it, since gasoline is very volatile and can be ignited with a simple spark, and often can cause a dangerous explosion (it is used for the explosion properties in most engines - car, lawn mower, etc.). But I strongly recommend that you DO NOT USE this product for your application. Hope this helps, and stay safe,

I'm not sure about a code to purchase at a discount, I see this item listed on sale at a discounted price and make an order for more than one case (6 cans per case). You might try calling customer service and asking for a price discount code, especially if buying more than one case. Home Depot is customer friendly company to do business with, they may be happy to give you a discount code. Good luck!

Rated 4.8 out of 5 by 381 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pricey but since only used in small quantities for chainsaw and tiller it's worth it to keep out the Ethanol to prevent damage to the carb and fuel lines. October 25, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The fuel works fine but is very expensive. Gasoline containing ethanol usually causes premature gumming of the carburetor. Maybe a toss up as which route, replace carburetor or use pre mixed ethanol free gas, is more economical. October 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product that keeps my two cycle machines running flawlessly since there is no ethanol in it. Easy to use and much better for the motors than mixing oil with gas. October 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weed eating & blowing I really like this product. No mixing just pour & go. It is cost effect for small areas to weed eat & blow. October 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by True fuel It works great ... Keeps engines clean running no trouble at all in any engines October 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Much easier than mixing Way easier than keeping 2 gas cans for 2 and 4 cycle gas, and having to mix up a new batch of 2 cycle. Just keep this stuff in your garage for your 2 cycle implements and don't worry about mixing or running out of 2 cycle oil... October 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Trufuel 50:1 Easy to use and safe for small engines. No ethanol. October 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT PRE MIXED FUEL This pre mixed fuel is an excellent alternative to mixing your own albeit extremely expensive. I use this fuel exclusively in all of my Echo noisemakers , NO DOWN TIME and easier starting and much longer spark plug life. This fuel is very shelf stable and a six pack lasts for several months.
