Arrived at a good time, on a clear day. Simple to install and has solved the problem. Have not had any rain get inside garage.

I have an uneven surface at the point my garage floor meets my driveway and my garage door. As a result, I needed something that was flexible, easy to install and not cost prohibitive. This product did the trick. I now do not have gaps where the garage door meets the floor, which makes it much nicer in the interior of my garage.

Product was sort of easy to install. Use your own heavy duty calk gun (the one that comes in the kit is light and bends.) I liked the color choices, and after installation I found it also keeps the leaves out of the garage on windy days.

easy install comes with everything you need in the box ! Only thing to think about is it stops you from being able to sweep water or debris out your garage door but it does work great to seal off the garage door from water seeping under it

I agree with previous reviews, the glue applicator gun was a piece of junk. It only took one tube of liquid nail glue for a 16 foot length. This would be a better value if it was sold with one tube of glue, no applicator (let people use their own) at a lower price. Otherwise, it does what it should do and helps keep stuff out of the garage. I have not had it installed long enough to know how long it will last, but it seems very sturdy. I am generally pleased with the product.

Had one of those bottom seals that slip into 2 tracks that wasn't doing a very good job of keeping rain out of my garage to the point the water would flow under cabinets. Did a lot of searching around and decided to try a threshold instead of another bottom seal. Based on the consumer ratings, the Tsunami Seal appeared to be the best bet. I did not pay much attention to the complaints about how cheap the caulking gun is since I own several good guns (as I imagine most DIYers do). Which, by the way, does appear cheaply made but what the heck; what other products of this nature throws in a caulking gun?
Well anyway, the threshold was very easy to install and I did so in between storms here in So. Oregon and where the temperature barely got about 40° (the recommended temp for installation in the instructions although on Amazon it says 50°) during the day and well below that during the 24-hour curing period. Did not seem to make any difference because the threshold works beautifully. Not a drop of rainwater got past the seal and we have had some deluges lately. I saw one picture on Amazon where the guy was unhappy because the water still came in around the edges but in looking at the picture the guy left a gap between the seal and the door jam. I slide mine right up against the jam. I also used some of the caulking along the bottom of the door jam as well.
The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it not available in either 12' or 14' lengths. Why? Most of the other seals do. I have a 12' garage door but had to order a 16' threshold, which was way more than I needed. The instructions state to extend the threshold to fit between the two tracks (which is a great idea) and I failed to measure the 16 footer before I cut it down to see if it was a couple or so inches longer if I had a 16' door. Seems like a 12 foot should actually be 12'4" or so, 16 footer: 16'4" or so on. If not, you need to purchase a threshold one size up requiring one to spend more money than necessary. In case, I had to go from their 10 footer to their 16 footer simply to fit my 12 foot door. Tis why only 2 stars for value. Otherwise, the threshold is worth the money.

Product works great. Keeps all the water out. Looks fine. The glue included wasn't adequate. I'd buy again.
