Extra seal/plug for 2HDS-1 and 2HDS-4 Drain Sumps. Drain sumps ship with 2 seals. Universal seal starts as a solid plug for plugging unused holes in drain sumps. To convert the plug into a seal first determine the size pipe you wish to attach to your drain sump. Locate the pipe size on the seal. To modify the plug start a small cut with a utility knife in the location that coordinates with the desired pipe size. Then using your fingers (not the knife) tear the remaining material along the line. Discard the material you removed. The remaining ring or seal can then be attached to the hole in your drain sump. Insert the pipe through the seal after it is attached to the drain sump. Do not attach the seal to the pipe first. S-85 seals will not crack or corrode and they stay pliable and watertight permanently. See installation instructions for all details.
