It says 58.97 each.

I am not a carpenter. I need easier details. I have a porch consisting of about 5 foot wide and 7 foot long how much would it cost me? Your add show 58.97 each. what is each? it says a square foot equiv. So would the 58.97 be 15 foot long and 15 foot across? HELP!
Asked by: Anonymous
The turf comes in 15 ft. width and is $58.97 per linear foot. You will need 3 feet to cover a 5x7 area. You will cut the 15 ft. width in half for two 7.5 ft. pieces and place them side by side to cover the 5 ft. area with a seam down the middle. The price will be 3 times the $58.97.

What is the difference between Superior Indoor Outdoor Artificial turf and Luxurious indoor outdoor artificial turf?

Hi, Marcy! Thanks for asking. The main difference is color. The Luxurious product is a green blade with green and tan thatch. The Superior product is a green blade with green thatch. It really depends upon your preference. If you have further questions, you may reach us directly at

Superior Indoor Outdoor Landscape Artificial Synthetic Lawn Turf Grass Carpet,15 ft. x Your Length is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you Home Depot, you saved me a lot of labor cost with your video. I needed to extend the patch of turf I installed nine years ago. I got an estimate from a local provider. The labor exceeded the price of the turf and the match was not acceptable. I found this turf at Home Depot, which was a fair match and a better price. I watched the "How to install video". I ordered the turf online and had it shipped to my house. I prepared the location and when the turf arrived a week later, I installed it in one afternoon. It looks great and I am very pleased with it. Thank you Home Depot, you saved me a lot of labor cost with your video.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice product, but beware multiple orders may NOT match color or style once delivered. Living in the city of Chicago we try to make the most of being outdoors at all times...since access to green spaces and nice weather can be difficult. After purchasing a penthouse condo with two (2) 600 sq foot terraces we were thrilled to think we could embrace the outdoors further. Our excitement subsided once we realized the trex decking that had been installed on the terraces was causing water leaks below. We spent a hefty sum removing the trex (as it's heavier than pressure treated wood). After removing the decking and dealing with the water leaks we were faced with what material to put back on the terraces. We looked at various woods, pavers, rubber outdoor tiles and felt they would all be too heavy or problematic if we needed to deal with any roof/water leaks in the future. We continued to look and found various synthetic turf options. I had one vendor come out and quote the project at a very high cost (due to the use of a crane to move the material to the terraces from the street, as well as manpower, etc). I decided that I wanted to have the turf though, after seeing the plans and feeling that it was the best lightweight option, while also giving easy access to the roof below. I started to do my own DIY investigation and found that Home Depot had a pretty good selection. It helped you could order samples and also them in store, just like carpet samples. I found one I liked and they also would deliver the material to the store for free. I knew it would be tough bringing the material all the way up to the terraces without a crane, like would have been used otherwise, but still wanted to try. I figured it wouldn't be perfect, but I'd cut the pieces down to a manageable size and just use the elevator. Of course when I got to Home Depot I found that the various sizes I had ordered had been packaged in one HUGE piece. Nothing had been cut. It was essentially one HUGE carpet roll of faux grass, instead of many little ones. They explained to me that in order to have 3 pieces of faux grass lets say, you'd need to order one, close out the order and pay, then proceed to do that 2 other times. I simply added 3 lengths to my Home Depot online "shopping cart" and thought I would pick up separate pieces. It was a mistake on my part, but they recognized the ordering process isn't clear on their end. Anyhow, they helped me cut at at the store into my expected manageable pieces and off I went (they would not even let me tip them, but did make it very clear if I ordered more and had it shipped to the store they would not cut it again, which I totally understood). Once home, everything laid out quite well. I will say that the rolls didn't quite bend to fit into my elevator. I that the rolls would have a little more softness to them. My mistake for assuming that. It all worked out though. Fine cutting around the edges with a sharp blade worked ok. The glue and tape I ordered (based on their suggestion) to handle the seems also worked well. I was very happy with the end result. With my learning curve with the material and ordering in place, I decided to order more for a small balcony I have as well. I just wanted to cover the concrete and see some green instead. I ordered the material (with the same product number and all as before), but it came in a MUCH DIFFERENT shade of green than the other pieces. I was disappoint. This is where the COLOR comment of mine comes into play.... The texture was the same for sure, but color way off. I guess each die lot can be quite different. Please take that into account when you order. I don't know what you can do about it, being at their mercy, but they did offer to take it back and they did without issue. Interestingly enough, my neighbor thought it looked amazing and wanted the same material for a small terrace they have. I sent them my Home Depot email from my purchase with all the details and they then submitted their oder off of that. They were assuming they would get the same texture, but maybe the color would be different, from my past experience. That was not the case though. This is where the STYLE/TEXTURE comment of mine comes into play.... I don't even know how to describe it, but, it was not as thick as mine. Their online receipt showed the exact some code as mine. They shrugged their shoulders, as they didn't want to deal with a return and used it just the same. It still looked great and since they didn't have to match two orders for color and texture with any seems, it worked out for them. In the end, it looks great and everyone enjoys it. If you are ordering though, please be aware of: 1 - Weight - Around 1lb per sq ft, which adds up if you order a piece that is 20-15 2 - Color - Color may vary from order to order (if you run short and need to order more) 3 - Texture - Texture can vary from order to order (if you run short and need to order more) 4 - It can be hot in the sun

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks extremely real and is more comfortable than natural grass We are really impressed. While warmer obviously than natural grass when in the sun, it is also more comfortable to sit on and for the kids to play.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great solution for drought affected areas The large roll of turf was delivered, as promised, date and time. We had prepared the area according to the product and based on advice from the store employee. It was simple and straightforward. We are now enjoying having the look of a lawn without the need to water and mow. We used green base, tamped it down. Rolled out and cut the turf, used 6" nails to secure the perimeter and 30lb silica sand.
