The Amber screwdriver line includes all of the tips and shank designs to meet the most demanding requirements, as well as a traditional handle for the firmest grip. All URREA screwdrivers are demagnatized, meaning that they are free of any magnetic force that might damage electrical or electronic components. Forr applications requiring a magnetized shank, a practical magnetizer/demagnetizer is available.
- Shanks are made of high-quality chromium-molybdenum micro-alloy steel, precision machined and heat treated to provide the best combination of hardness, strength, and torsion resistance
- Shanks have a corrosion-resistant nickel chromium coating or a black finish that resists corrosion and won't flake off
- Tips have a tough finish that keeps them from slipping and are blued to prevent coating from flaking off
- This makes all URREA screwdrivers useful in FOD (Foreign Object Debris) applications
