Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Godseeker Difficult to use for one person
Pros: does a good job cleaning, but need solutions for tough floor stains. Various accessories.
Cons: For one person, it's difficult to use and not recommended for a weak back-- the 27pound unit can be difficult to maneuver. Many of the floor brush bristles were permanently depressed with the first use or so. Can only use a cloth over the bristles now to do floors. We have a 1285 sq. ft. home, but only can get about 30-40 minutes of use with one fill-up (and that’s not continuous use). Wand should be on opposite side because the cord can get under the unit. Two people could use this comfortably, but for the price, it’s not worth it, especially since there are other models that apparently can do the same thing for a fraction of the cost and half the weight. Such as:
Steamfast SF-370WH Multi-Purpose Steam Cleaner by Steamfast or
McCulloch MC1385 Deluxe Canister Steam System
One of these would be our next purchase. p.s. the cord is permanently kinked, too.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by DIYerUB Average unit, poor value
Years of experience with another steam cleaner, made me evaluate this unit as of average quality. At it's price, I expected a superior unit. I selected this unit primarily because of it's specification of a temperature of up to 230 at the end of the hose but this specification seemed to be met only in the legal sense. (Note that any temperature that does not exceed 230, i.e. 0, 100, 212, etc., would legally meet the "up to" test.) The cart appears to have been designed for a different unit. Since the price of this unit was well above comparable units, I rated it as a poor value and I returned the unit.

Have shut off twice on me, not thinking this is working right but nit quite sure. Was not worth the price at all. Seems like it could have cost $250

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by rhfjr The ES 2100 is worth the money
I have owned this model for over 8 years. Absolutely no mechanical problems until this week. A simple rocker (spst on/off) switch on the nozzle end of the hose failed.
There are quite a few o-rings for accessories that need changing occassionally, so keep some spares.
The cart 's 7 3/4" wheels have trouble rolling over the units power cord when pushing. Sometimes the cart needs to be pushed instead of pulled. And the cord is always in the way when pushed.
There is no signs of rust on the cart or any other part.
The squeegee still cleans as new.
I will be needing to replace a couple of brushes as they are showing signs of wear.
It would be nice to have a complete Parts List, Parts Price Sheet available in PDF to download. One needs to email to get part numbers of o-rings not listed and switches.
The picture of the unit does not show where the drain plug is located, so again a better technical manual should be available online in PDF.
The above is only minor and should not reflect on the performance of the unit. I have only good things to say about its performance and quality.
