Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Consumer I wanted to love this vapor boss steam cleaner, but I didn't. It was okay.
I was torn on whether to check Yes or No on "would you recommend this product?" Ultimately, I chose yes because it really depends on what you're using it for. For the price, though, it shouldn't matter, it should work great for all of it's listed uses.
It worked very well for cleaning dirty tile grout. It works best with 2 people. One to spray the grout and the other to wipe up as you go. If not, the nozzle sprays the dirt back onto the grouting you just cleaned. It knocks the dirt right out of there though! If you have a helper, this unit is great for that job.
When cleaning upholstery, the unit leaked. I assumed with how hot the steam got that it would not leak. I did bleed the hose into a towel 1st, as instructed, and turned the steam down to a minimum but it still dribbled and left spots on the fabric and all underneath whatever you are cleaning, which later dried. When using the terri cloth bonnets, that helped a little with catching the drips, but not entirely.
It only comes with 2 bonnets. 1 for the large triangle attachment and 1 for the large rectangle attachment. More should be included so you don't have to stop in the middle of cleaning to wash the bonnets.
Alot of the work that can be done with this unit can be done with water and rags (it seemed like using the unit added extra steps and time) but if you have a tough dirty job, this does work well for removing dirt from hard surfaces.
For me, by the time I get this unit ready to use, the extra work it takes to use it and with the amount of electricity the unit pulls, it's worth it for me to pay a professional to come and do the jobs quickly. That's just me though. It wasn't worth the money for me.
When the unit is filled with water, it's on the heavy side but it has wheels that glide easily.
It's a good cleaning machine though and it seems like it probably kills germs very well.
Also, customer service from the company itself was good and that's worth a lot.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by James Great Product, worth the wait
I researched a lot of steamers before deciding on this one. It was out of stock and took a couple of months and a few inquiry's before it came in. It was worth the wait it is very easy to use, the attachments come on and off very easily. The machine is powerful but not intimidating, and does a great job cleaning. I have used most of the attachments over the last few weeks and very pleased with the quality of them all. The window squeegee really does a good job, although it is a little on the small side. I have ordered a large squeegee as I plan on tackling the rest of my windows. I was very impressed at how easily it cleaned them. I would highly recommend the ES600 over the ES500. That extra capacity is well worth it. It is already a hefty purchase but that extra capacity, will be well worth it. I have gone through an entire tank a couple of times, and was ready for the break when the light tripped. I think you would be unhappy with the less capacity unit even for small jobs. I really got the unit for all the tile, and it does a great job. It has cleaned years of dirt away, and now has the house sparkling

I bought the ES600 a couple years ago to clean my tile. It then went into my garage for storage. I pulled it out to use it again, and it won't produce any steam. I sent two messages to US Steam (the manufacturer) and got no response. I got less than 5 hours of use out of my ES600.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Irbis21 This vapor boss es6000 is a dream mashin for home.
Excellent machine! The Vapor Boss ES600 is very easy to use. It comes with many attachments as well as a bag to store them in. It cleans for several hours on one tank of distilled water. The steam pressure is adjustable. The high end is very powerful – I have it set midway or lower for most cleaning. It has a long cord, rolls easily when moved, and is very simple to put together and disassemble. The unit is compact and easy to store. I no longer have to purchase chemical cleaners to disinfect or clean away mildew and I can gently clean wood floors. Cleaning with vapor steam leaves a fresh clean smell – not chemical odors that burn your nose and eyes. It is a great alternative to chemical cleaners and well worth the investment. I researched steam cleaners for months before I made this purchase

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TCB310 Great Addition to you home cleaning tools
This has been a great product right out of the box, it has been in steady use since we received it three weeks ago.
My only recommendation would be to do your self a favor and order an additional set of brushes right out of the gate. You will be so excited with the things you can clean and that you will wear them down to nothing.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BrooklynDiva Commerical Quality Machine - Worth the money
I took the plunge and purchased this steam cleaner because of the commercial quality specs and because Home Depot had 0% interest with payment over 18 months.
Here are the specs from the manufacturer US Steam
Operating Pressure………………3 to 4.5 Bars
Cleaning Temperature…………...185° to 235°
Tank Size…………………….……..2.5 Liters
Tank water capacity……………….…2 Liters
Operating time……………….1.5 to 2.5 hours
Foot print…………………………..11” X 14”
Manufacturer Warranty : 3 years parts and labor 5 year boiler
The best thing about this steamer is the company and the customer service I received. Before purchasing Sandy sent me a .pdf with detailed specs, what is listed on the Home Depot website is not detailed enough. Then a few days after delivery, John called me to see if I had questions. John answered all my questions and gave me awesome tips on usage. Customer service rocks!
I had steam cleaners before but they all pale in comparison. This is a dry vapor steamer which is very important because it doesn't leave the surfaces saturated or split out half water and half steam.
It has a pressure gauge and knob to adjust the steam output.
It holds a decent amount of water, so you can clean and clean and clean.
This baby gets hot - no really, really hot. You can just imagine it killing bacteria, mold and other yucky things including bed bugs and eggs. Think all those cleaning products were leaving your surfaces residue free - think again! This steamer really gets your things deep down clean.
The PSI is high - don't even think those steam cleaners you buy on tv or else where will come close to the psi this has - this baby is commercial level.
It comes with a lot of attachments, brushes for every need, cleaning cloths, floor cloth, an accessory bag and more.
You can literally clean from floor to ceiling and most everything in between. I steamed my walls and was disgusted at the stuff that came off. Quickly steams my tile, wood and carpet floors.
I used it on the glass door on my oven. While the glass was clean and shiny looking before I started, after I started to steam it, I was amazed at the amount of grease it melted off the door. Mind you, I had been using cleaners on the glass and would never suspected that there was caked on grease on the glass. Made quick work of cleaning the rest of the stove too.
This is a must have purchase if you are serious about using a chemical free way to clean your entire home.
