This stove is poor quality, cheaply made, with substandard parts and components. I've owned this stove since November 2010, and have experienced unceasing cascade of failures. The room fan failed less than 72 hours after installation. I've invested over $461.00 in parts including exhaust fan, exhaust temperature thermister, air pressure switch, and igniter. Now, the PCB igniter board has failed requiring $415.00, with shipping, to replace it.
This stove is a very poor long-term investment. As someone who has "been there", I strongly caution against purchasing any US Stove products. Read more reviews on Amazon to get a good picture of just how bad this stove really is.

Stove is very easy to use. Heats more than enough for our 1200 sq ft. home. We did have to adapt the height to install the stove, due to the opening at the bottom..... other than that, we love it.

This is a stove that can be purchased for around $1000 but will cause around $1000 in headaches. ive had mine for 1 1/2 winters and ive gone through 3 igniters, one control unit, and now the draft fan is going. I clean it every 3 days thoroughly and always have. It was my first pellet stove purchase but if i had it to do again i would spend the extra money on a harmon or equivalent. Any company that puts money into design.

It arrived within the timeframe they predicted for shipping, and although the packaging (box and palette it came on) looked like it had been bumped around in transit the stove looked perfect - exactly like the images online. The manual was written for a layman, and was very clear about how to test and install it. The "dry run" test was simple and showed that it was not damaged during shipping so I installed it (great to have that test mode prior to getting all set up with venting, in case it ends up not working properly). There is a slight smell during the first use which is normal (this is the same for other stoves I've bought). I installed it in a central location on the first floor of a 2-story barn and it has worked flawlessly, heating the entire building easily. Because of the large hopper size it requires very little work to keep it going. It looks antique, which is something I value - people compliment it on it's looks as well as the heat!

I purchase this stove for my 1400 SF pole barn which is well insulated. I could run it all day and the temperature doesn't go above 40 degrees The fan is week ant the stove air never really gets hot. It was a waste of money.
