Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by This is the 5th time I have bought this stove I have used these circulators for the last 30 years. Every circulator eventually ceased to function because an angle iron used inside the firebox warped. However, they function extremely well. I have the current one installed in my basement. In the past, they put off enough heat to heat a 1800 foot basement and the upstairs to a degree where it is sometimes necessary to open a window. When banking the stove for the night, it will put off heat most of the night and have enough coals to restart the fire in the morning. On warm days, it is easy to regulate the heat to save wood. I prefer the circulators over the stoves because they are kid friendly because of the surrounding metal enclosure. I wish I had kept the lower door off the previous stove. The door on the new stove has 8 big holes in it . To control the draft, I inserted 6 large bolts with washers into the holes. If I did not plug enough holes, I will plug the remaining holes as needed until the stove can be banked and last through the night. It looks like the door was made to accommodate a slide plate inside that would close off the holes. Could not find one, but I may try to fabricate one. The biggest problem is the warped inside everything else is fluff. I get about 6 years out of a stove, move it to a garage or barn and continue to use them for 5-6 more years. Good value, one small design issue. November 3, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by not as good as older stoves cannot fill up and go to bed and have coals next morning due to holes in door and ash door. November 8, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by this product heats well but there are a few issues the ash pan door as well as the wood door have thumb size holes that make it hard to slow the stove down. another thing is the ash pan is too small, when you open the ash pan door ashes fall out all over.but the product heats very well. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice stove This stove has an external sheet metal casing that is less chance of children burning thier fingers on. It heats very well, and has a circulator that distributes heat through the house. I am about to buy a wood stove and will not buy any other. November 11, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ashley stove works good. This stove is actually a 1,200-1,600 sf area rated, not the 2,000 as advertised. This stove works good, but it doesn't draft as well as the same model, older stove it replaced. February 16, 2012
