Customer Reviews

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent product I have two of these heaters. I've had one for seven years the other for three. The only problem that I have had is a broken control knob that I have not replaced. It still works although broken. It had something dropped on it. Noting the problems mentioned in two of the reviews it is obviously a situation of air in the gas line. Since these heaters use very little gas, it take a long time to clear air out of the gas line if it gets in, and the button must be pressed for the entire time it takes to clear the air out. One of these units heats a small office and it takes more than 3 months in the winter to empty a 22 gal. propane tank. February 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very efficient, perfect for off-grid application Installed this is a small, one-room off-grid cabin. Have a 100 lb cylinder to supply the heater and a 2-burner cookstove. Perfect for this application. Quiet and efficient. The main control knob seems fragile, and a bit persnickity, but with practice a single user has no problem with this unit. March 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great little heater Bought this unit and have it in my 10' X 14' ice shack and even on the coldest days it keeps the shack toasty and warm and once it's been running for a few hours to thaw the shack out from when you initially get there you don't have to run it any higher than the medium setting. Had mine for 2 years now and not one problem. January 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by works well in small out building with no electric 2nd season and no problems. Has been working well and reliably. My only wish would be the ability to have a wall thermostat. Easy to start. December 22, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy to install. Unit works very well and looks great to.Never have to worry about power outage October 18, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by direct vent gas/propane wall heater Would never recommend this product. It takes FOREVER to light this stove. Gas flow problem? Don't know September 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Compact, no fumes or noise I got this for an addition without installed heating. Had a prior ventless heater that was worrisome as you would smell the rotten eggs of the gas. This wall mounted heater is direct vented with air supply and exhaust outdoors through exterior wall and has a sealed fire box so no combustion products come in the house. December 26, 2012
