Rated 2 out of 5 by from save your money The kit itself is ok. The flex tubing tears easily when you bend it as others have said. The real problem is that the base of the stove has so many air gaps that must be sealed, the kit is really useless. Maybe the original kit for my stove (model 2000) actually attached to the air draw for the stove. The new kit does not. It only goes in to the back of the base. You'll do better with a two inch copper 90 and tubing and then 2" PVC.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from JUNK! Save your money I haven't written many reviews but this product is such a piece of junk that I had to write to save other people from my misfortune. I purchased this product to go onto my US Stove pellet stove in our basement. I needed to go up about 4' and out through a block wall. This unit only comes with (2) 18" sections of flex hose and it doesn't even include a coupler to connect the two sections. The metal vent that is included is also poorly designed (it also includes no directions). This is definitely not made for a block wall. It's barely made for a stud wall that is 2' from the exit point. Save your money and buy another brand other than US Stove brand. I'm returning this today.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Five dollar junk Over Priced Junk .. Do not stretch this coil to far or it will unravel. I see about 5 dollars worth tops. Luckily I only needed one coil of pipe because the first one got destroyed easily . My stove came with the interior pipe already and it was solid.. This is a really poor way of connecting to fresh air. I would find another type or make my own of something other than this cheap aluminum foil pipe..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product for Pellet Stove The fresh air kit did not come with any instructions, but I was able to figure out what went where. It fit perfectly. It is doing the job it was advertised to do and I would recommend this product who needs a fresh air kit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Correct parts, and clean install. I read a lot of reviews for this fresh air kit and people complaining there was nothing to attach the two pieces of pipe together with and that they were too short. This kit came with everything I needed (including instructions) and fit perfectly if the stove was installed to manufactures specs. One pipe goes from the bottom of the burn pot (connects with hose clamp) to the back of the stove (piece of metal pipe attached to back of stove (agian hose clamp). The other piece of pipe goes from the back of the stove fresh air pipe (hose clamp) through the wall, to the outside of the house directly and attaches to the outside piece with the final hose clamp. I had about 2 extra inches to spare on the pipe. The only thing I added was a piece of metal screening underneath the critter/wind cap to help keep any bees or spiders from trying to crawl in the openings and make a home. The parts look really good when installed correctly. If installing yourself you will need a 2.5" hole saw, and probably an extension bit with your drill to go from the interior wall through the exterior wall, or other way. I used a 12" extension. The screws to attach the outside plate where too short with the kit since mine had to sit on wooden shingles. If you have a newer house with under-sheeting you should be fine. Thank you!
