how many sq. feet in a 3 pack box?

If each tile is 8 sq ft, there are 24 sq ft in a 3 pack.

If the material cost per sqft is .51, then why is 24 sqft 3 packs cost $18 +

I think you're confusing 2 different products (or quantities of the product). If you want to buy at 51 cents per sq ft, you must buy 8 tiles. If you want to buy just 3 tiles, the cost is $18.

I'm looking for 2'x4' ceiling tile for a suspended ceiling where the panel edges are "beveled" or angled. Do you carry this type of ceiling tile?
