My dogs are probably thinking, "Now we really can't get out of the yard!" My small dog was the escape artist. He would chew the bottom of the pickets on my wooden fence until he made a large enough hole for him to get out of my yard. So I installed a 5/4" x 6" board at the bottom of the fence to solve that problem. Then he would dig under the fence and get out that way. Cement and gravel placed in the hole he dug put an end to that escape route. But nothing was stopping him from chewing the fence above the 5/4" x 6" board (which he hadn't thought of yet). So I installed 5' x 50', 14-gauge galvanized steel welded wire fencing. I used the 5-foot height so that my larger dog wouldn't even consider jumping over the fence. This product is flexible, lightweight and very easy to work with. Even one person working alone would have no trouble installing it to an existing wooden fence. Just unroll a section of fencing, secure both ends of the exposed wire fencing to the existing wooden fence with bungee cords. Staple the exposed section to the existing wooden fence. Then release more of the wire fencing, relocate the bungee cords, and staple the wire fencing to the wooden fence as needed. The product doesn't detract from the beauty of the underlying fence. Best of all, my dogs are safe and secure in the yard.

The fencing was fine except for a section of 3 vertical wires that were broken, not welded, not continuous, or all of the defects. I didn't notice until it was installed so I am going to have to patch it since I am not taking it down. Be sure to check the roll before you put it up.

I used this for separating hens from other animals and it works great. Very easy to install and seems durable.

It's a good product with the exception it is rusting where it comes in contact with the wet soil. I am using the fencing around trees to keep the dog out, so it gets wet every 3 days or so. It's been in about a month and its rusting.

Many of the welds of this "welded wire" fence are defective. At one location nine consecutive welds were broken on a horizontal wire where it should have been welded to vertical wires. The entire length of fence has defective welds. Welds were breaking as I unrolled the fence. I did not return the fence because the store is 25 miles away.
