I just put down 330 sq. ft., and it went very well. Installation not a problem. It does install different than Pergo. Just be sure you follow the directions and install like they say. My wife and I are very pleased with the look and texture of the floor. The picture online makes it look gray, which does not do it justice. It is a nice beige color. We were able to get a sample from our local Home Depot. Some tile laminates look like someone took a photograph of real tile and put it on the laminate. Not this. The grout feels like grout, and the "tiles" have texture. Bought it on sale, overall good deal.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by SamCarp It's worth every cent spent.
I've worked with cheaper laminate flooring in the past and if I had known how great this flooring looks and how much easier it is to snap in place, I would have spent more without hesitation. Seriously, I can't stop looking at the finished floor. The seams are invisible unless you're four inches away and it looks as good as any grouted floor, maybe better because the lines are totally straight. Over the next two years, I'm going to do another room and hallway in slate and three in wood laminate, using DuPont Real Touch. I love it and it's worth every cent spent. Be careful with one thing, however. Don't start a project until ALL materials are carefully inspected. UPS damaged an entire case (they handle it like apes) and it took over a week to replace since the flooring is special order.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by annag Excellent and beautiful product
I purchased this online after going to a local tile liquidator and picking my choice of laminate there. But after I saw the price on this site, I cancelled my order from the local tile place and saved about $700+. I have no regrets. My kitchen floor looks great and cleans very easily with just a moist rag. The beige color complements my dark cherry cabinets and beige countertops. Even my husband and 13 month old daughter love it as well. The customer service reps were all great in helping me with this order. Thank you!!!!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0Â by alkydrinker Pretty happy with this floor
I would say I am a slightly above average DIYer (but not expert) and I installed my first laminate floor using this Dupont product. Overall, I was pleased. This flooring is not that difficult to install and looks very nice. My wife tried to convince me to do ceramic tile, but is now very happy with the look of the laminate. I was able to cut it pretty cleanly by using my inexpensive skill saw with a couple blades that cost under $10 that are marked for use with âlaminateâ (I did OK without buying an expensive carbide blade that is specifically for flooring). I give the product 4 out of 5 stars because I got a little frustrated in the very beginning while trying to get all the tongues and grooves tightly engaged. Throughout the install, I relied on my pull bar and hammer quite a bit to get many of the planks fully engaged (not just the end pieces). You do have to be careful doing this as I slightly damaged the edge of a couple planks in the beginning before I got the feel for using the pull bar and hammer. I bought some filler designed for laminate flooring to fill these small dingsâ¦I havenât used it yet, but am hoping the color blends ok. Another slightly negative point is Dupont does not have any color matched touch up product for their floors like other manufacturers do.

Just put down about 350 sq. ft., was very easy to install. I've installed other laminate and engineered wood flooring in my house, and this was the easiest. Joints are very tight and invisible, and the attached underlayment is great. Could use a little more variation in the pattern to avoid repetition, so keep an eye on mixing up the planks.
