I replaced old linoleum on the kitchen floor with these, around 5 years ago, in my first home. I had never installed tiles before and these were very easy! I either scored and bent them or cut them with a scizzor. The pattern and texture made it even easier since I used it as a built-in guideline. It is difficult to tell where one tile ends and the next one begins. Over time, much wear and many washings, the floor has a subtle shine and still looks nice.
I also installed them in a closet and they are impressive, having the sheen of polished wood. Of all of the vinyl tiles I've installed, sine then, these were the easiest, and the most durable. I'm buying them again for my next project.
The picture is of the new tile in a closet.

This was for a house we are renting so picked the cheapest tile with a wood pattern that looked decent. It took longer to pull up the old carpet and scrape the plaster lumps off the floor than it did to put it down. I followed the instructions and put a coat of primer down to give it something to stick to. Didn't have a roller so I used a hammer to tap it down. Cutting the tiles to fit on the edges you just use a utility knife to score them and then they break along the line and you can peel the backing off or cut it with the knife. I bought a can of spray-on glue just in case but didn't use it. I did keep the heat on about 75 degrees for several days to let it cure. Buy the last box you think you might need as 30 separate tiles so you can take back the ones you don't use. Be careful when taking the tiles out of the box that they don't slide out and hit on the corners. Instructions talk about using all the same lot number but I didn't even check that.

I installed the Regal Wood vinyl tiles around February 2011 by myself right on top of a 50 year old linoleum. Even with my old arthritic knees I was able to install the tiles in the kitchen. Very economical, easy to cut using tile cutting tools, and effortless to clean. Best of all it is attractive. It is imperative that you have a clean, dry flooring base before installing the tiles or they will collect any loose debris. If they are dirty and adhere you may notice a bump or have a hard time aligning the tile. Use double sided Gorilla tape for any stubborn spots. I am going to retile one of the bedrooms as soon as I pull up the old carpet. Thank you Home Depot and TrafficMaster.

We laid these tiles in two rooms, a bedroom and family room/office. They were easy to install, just peel and stick. Even the edges were easy to cut with the clear instructions included. They look beautiful and are easy to clean with a damp mop and mild cleaner. They are very durable and scratch resistant. I've move furniture in the rooms often and I don't see a scratch yet and its been two years. I have small dog and a 2 1/2 year old grandson who loves to throw things. I only wish there were more shades to choose from.
