PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Alcea Hollyhocks are an old garden favorite. The plants produce single, outward facing flowers. The flowers grow on towering spikes that can reach up to 8 ft. tall. The sturdy stems top over rough, large foliage that effortlessly becomes smaller as it reaches the top of the shoot. Hollyhocks are excellent for the back border or along fences or walls. Hollyhocks are excellent cut or dried flowers.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 2.3 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by product looks almost dead I think only 1/3 of the roots have a chance to grow. I/m still waiting to see some growth. May 29, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good looking roots! These are in the ground, but have not come up yet. They arrived well packed, and were excellent looking tubers. I expect they will do well with the other hollyhocks I have growing along my fence. Would get them again from Home Depot! jwa May 21, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by There were only 6 bulbs in the package I received, not 12. Planted. Don't know if they'll come up or not. No planting instructions, other than depth, spacing. I didn't know if the "bulb" which looked more like a tuber to me, should go in vertically or sideways. Time will tell. May 7, 2013
