Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great tree! Planted this last year and it did well throughout our extremely hot, dry Texas summer. Just made sure to water it well. As previous poster commented about his tree being dead on arrival, here's the quote from the listing " This item is shipped bare-root which means it is dormant with no leaves, no soil, and the roots are exposed." It may've looked dead, but I assure you it wasn't. Perhaps he didn't notice that part? February 1, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It's early to say, but it seems to be alive. I bought 2 of these trees. When they showed up I felt like Charley Brown. They literally look like a stick you would find in your yard. I really had no hope for these trees, but I planted them anyway and watered them daily. It's been 3 or 4 weeks now and the other day I want out to water them and they both have a bunch of little leaves on them. So, they seem like they might make it, but it's still a little early to say for sure. March 3, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by dead tree well, at least I did not have to kill it as it was dead from the start! May 10, 2012
