I bought this mop after years of using that swifter, then months of using a sponge mop. This is the first of this type of mop I have bought, mostly because I didn't want to have to deal with the bucket to squeeze out the water.
You don't have to use a separate bucket with squeezer with this mop. You twist the handle, and it locks so you can squeeze the water out.
More importantly, I like the way it cleaned up. It was easy to get into corners and is probably the best of all three types of mops I've used on my laminate floors. I was using the Murphy's oil to clean because I have laminate floors, but I think it would do just as well with soap and water. .
I also was able to wash my floors in less time, with what seemed to be better results. My pan with my water and Murphy's oil got very dirty, so I know this mop was getting up the dirt. It seems that I do track in a lot of dirt from gardening and so do my two kitties.
Just one thing: when you're done, put something under the mop to catch the water that will drip!.

Mop works well. I like the feature of the locking twist for wringing out the mop. After a days use, it is starting to have some issues, though. And some of the strands are coming off of the mop. It's a good value for the money, but in my opinion it's not meant for constant use.

I can't think of the last time I shopped for a mop since I use floor steamers--Well the steamer broke and I zipped over to
my Home Depot and it took me 45 minutes to purchase the Tornado mop I could not make up my mind--but after reading and looking at ALL the mops I chose the Tornado mop and OMG it is so great--the best thing about it is you can choose how much wetness you want or you can wring it out almost dry--a very excellent purchase -- a superb value at Home Depot.

For me, this mop was so hard to work with. I couldn't twist it enough to get water out and it didn't mop very well. Maybe I'm doing something wrong....

Plastic handle too flimsy. Broke once already so I bought another. Which also broke.
