This product was easy to use and did a great job at allowing me to clean some windows that I couldn't get a ladder to behind some because of some taller bushes.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by KK Poor construction
I thought this was a perfect product to clean the high ledges, doorways, etc in our home. However, on the second day of it being used the connection part for the "head" of the unit snapped off. It is a poor grade of plastic and not substantial in the design to make it last. On the one day it was used it was fantastic for removing dust from high areas in our home but not a reliable product.

Easy to use and made to last. Used it to reach 20 ft tall windows inside and
out. Now I have clean, streak free windows and did not have to climb

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TAB Telescopic Pole
Telescopic Pole: The pole is lightweight and easy to use all the way extended. The only thing that you need to watch out for is extending the small pole to far so that it bends when you apply pressure to wash a window. They should have "stops" or a marking warning you to not go beyond a point on the pole to ensure proper engagement.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by KittyMom Great for cleaning high windows!
Just got the house pressure washed, and they left the picture window in the bedroom all streaky. It was driving me crazy, so I went online and ordered this pole and related items. I cleaned the window myself and it looks great!

Only problem with this pole is the plastic end will break off in the brush eventually and you'll need to replace both items--I had it for a year before it needed to be replaced.

One point worth making in regards to using to scrape gum balls/leaves out of roof valleys -
To get the right angle to get blade flat you still have to get up on a ladder.
