Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Zaiah2008 Good Door, Iffy Design, Very Cheap Closer!
The Good -
First off the door looks pretty nice. The color is pretty nice and the designs are acceptable for the price. Also the door did fit the frame fairly well. I actually didn't need to trim any of the access siding from the bottom to get it to fit into place.
The Bad -
First off, you're most likely going to need shims to fix issues with the door not closing perfectly. A lot of brands include these with the door but this resulted in another trip to HomeDepot.
Drilling holes to install the closer components was a challenge. One, it's better to put the closer at the top of the door but this is impossible as there is not enough clearance. Also when you install the chain that pretty much seals the deal all together.
The section on the side panel that accepts the locks from the knob and deadbolt are horribly misplaced even when using the adjustment piece that comes with it! I had to go back to HomeDepot and get another tool to grind the hole out further so that the locks would slide into the holes correctly. This was crazy. If I hadn't done this I would have had to tug on the door every time to like it. Ironically, the lock for the knob fit just fine out of the box. Just couldn't lock it without a tug.
Biggest issue: The closer was very cheap. I could tell by the feel when I took it out of the box. I literally could not find one good setting so that it would close the door but not slam simultaneously. If I wanted one I couldn't get the other. Turning the setting screw less than a quarter of an inch made a huge change to the closers ability to do one or the other, at least until it failed all together and completely slams all the time. Now after spending $300 I have to spend another $30-$40 on additional pieces? And I cant find the manufacturer contact info for a replacement. So I can either remove the door and not have one just to return it to HomeDepot or spend the money!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DomesticGoddess Excellent Door BUT needed extra tools to install DOOR CLOSER
My handy neighbor and I worked about three hours to install this door. The original door was removed prior, so we knew this door would fit in the space. The video gave me confidence we could install it. Everything went according to instructions until we got to the DOOR CLOSER. Most comments above noted it doesn't fit at top of door, but instructions ALSO SAY USE MIDDLE OF DOOR. It fits just fine even with the glass inserts. HOWEVER the middle part of the door is reinforced metal and it was VERY difficult to drill holes into that metal. We broke one drill bit (a reinforced one!) and dulled a second one but got the thing on. YAY. UPDATE: After having the door installed for a month, the door closer (which others have disparaged online as being of low quality) completely stopped its pneumatic function and tried to slam shut immediately on our heels. VERY uncomfortable. I adjusted it using the screw on the end, and it didn't work very well even then. Kept getting worse. When i removed it today, the pneumatic sealed disc of metal inside was just rattling back and forth when i moved the closer. I bought the best one available at the home improvement store ($18 Wrights). It has the exact same size and installation hardware, so all i did was pop the pins on this door's closer, and replace the closer with the new one. IF YOU BUY THIS DOOR, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME USING THE INCLUDED CLOSER: BUY A $20 REPLACEMENT AND INSTALL IMMEDIATELY. TOSS THE ORIGINAL. The door is WONDERFUL -- the closer, not so much.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MWPoohBear Nice Door, But Cannot Mount Closer
The door is very nice overall, and was not difficult to install, although installation is a two-person job, due to the weight of the door. My only complaint is that I could not find a way to install the door closer because of the very limited clearance between the top removable panel (glass or screen) and the top of the door frame. There is no place to anchor the closer to the door other than at the top. I even tried placing the door frame bracket of the closer farther away from the storm door frame, which solved the clearance problem (the closer could be angled downward a bit), but then the storm door could only be opened about 45 degrees instead of 90 degrees. I finally gave up and just installed the wind chain, which would probably have interfered with the closer if I had installed both of them.

These are wonderful. Strong and secure. These are heavy duty and installed beautifully. You can make adjustments so they fit perfectly. (even in a 130 year old house.) Great value.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by ladywolff Disappointed - not a full screen door
I bought this door thinking it was an "all season" door. Glass for the winter, screen for the summer. So disappointed to find it always has to have one piece of glass in it because the manufacturer couldn't be bothered to include one additional screen panel.
Hoping the hubby can fabricate something, because when I want a summer door, I want a full summer door, not partial.
Not pleased with my purchase. I did not realize when purchasing it with the way the description was worded. It says it comes with one screen panel, but I assumed the screen was one large panel, while the glass panels were heavier and came as sections. I never thought it would have to be half and half, makes no sense.
